Pharmacists and Techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. For everyone complaining about their prescriptions not being ready - sign up for text updates. Also, some medications are low in supply right now so it can take some time to get them in, try calling before you run out.

Brutal, begrudging pharmacist aged, grayish longer hair guy PLUNGED THAT SYRINGE OF MEDS FAST AS HE COULD, I believe to cause me pain.GIRLS IMPATIENT & SNAPPY, SARCASTIC. I felt like Cattle.

I order cakes from Giant Eagle Snow and Broadview all the time... the service in the bakery has been really slow and they get confused easy . I ordered a 1/4 sheet white almond cake for my daughter's birthday. It was so dry Noone liked it at all. Very disappointed. Prices went up these cakes are not cheap.

Today I called this Giant Eagle location after being treated every poorly by the Giant Eagle in Broadview Heights. I talked to a lady that works in the bakery and she was so kind, attentive, and helpful. She was a great help and I truly appreciate the way she was able to assist me. Also, their cakes are soooo delicious

I've always had polite & good service.Sadly short staffed and now have to go inside to pick up RX's. No more drive thru. Recently I saw they installed a automated pick-up similar to a ATM but don't know if or when it will be in service. Switched to RX's by mail thru my health insurance.

I just went to this store, which unfortunately is the closest to my new house, to get dinner for a last minute dinner with friends. I was waiting for the butcher to get some steaks. He was standing to the side and looked at me a few times but never came over. I stood there and along the sudden he yelled wait F$!@ Face. I was stunned. A manager walked by and I told her what happened. The butcher came over and said I called you Asshole. Not the other word. I asked why and he said, that's who I am. WHAT???? What a strange place. What's a better local grocery store?

Bought a loaf of Italian bread and it didn't have that freshness it tasted like old bread not fresh the expiration date was 11/24 I'm thinking they just relabled it. Very deceiving.
