These locations have mostly been overaveragely solidly good 👍🏻. I especially appreciate the Broadview Heights/Parma/Independence/Seven Hills ish location that is in the same plaza as the Planet Fitness and ACME. Every time has been recently excellent there.

Went to their great clips 2 times. The first time the girl cut my hair she made one curtain bang longer than the other. I then went back got it fixed because they said they could fix it for free. Loved it the girl Naomi who did my hair and told me to take a pic of it I did was going to bring the pic to show whoever it was. The 2nd time I went in I saw Naomi about cutting my hair she got the girl who messed up my hair even tho she said she remembered me then the girl told me that messed up my hair the girl who cut it before she took someone else instead even tho I told her Allie messed it up. She then told me I go to another great clips because she isnt going to do my hair even tho they knew that she did and gave me her anyways. first pics are from the girl who messed it up second pic is what I liked that Naomi did.

Naomi at great clips is great! She’s personable, attentive, and always does a wonderful job. I always leave happy with my hair cut. I highly recommend her!

I took my son to the Great Clips located at Pleasant Valley and Broadview Rd in the Pleasant Valley shopping center in Parma, Ohio. Aly does a great job cutting my son's hair. He is autistic and Aly is always friendly and makes him comfortable. His haircuts turns out great!

I just stopped in to get my haircut re-faded and it is easily the worst I’ve ever gotten in my entire life. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted which was a high fade with scissors (not too hard) and she just took clippers all the way up to the top of my head to save time. It looks nothing like what I wanted and almost looks like I have a Mohawk now smh!

Went there to get a *trim*, even gave a reference pic (of myself from my previous haircut that was done at this same place…) different person did it this time; older, mismatched highlights, glasses, anyways she entirely ignored part of my reference cutting the back entirely to my head despite the reference pic showing my hair on the back still being long + literally confirming a length and then cutting inches past it. Got the length of the front decently, however due to the lack of doing what was asked it just looks wonky altogether now so… thanks for that i guess. Normally I’m fond of this location but literally this was terrible. She just made me look like a little boy. Will not be choosing this location again, it’s really not hard to follow a reference pic, or at the very least actually cut to the length you said.
