I highly recommend Harbs Auto Service in Parma. I had a blown water pump in my car, causing overheating . Ronnie & Team, replaced & wintetized my car. im back on the road & feel confident in the repair. The honest & transparent diagnosis provided to me by Ronnie was excellent. The price quoted, was what i was charged., no add - ons.
This a great shop,with excellent skilled mechanics, trustworthy & customer friendly .

I'm glad I decided to switch to Harb's for my auto care. The work they've done has been good so far, and I REALLY appreciate how the owner explains the findings, and then later, the work that was done. He started off simple and increased the explanation's technicality to a point that met me where I was. That's a real skill!
They've gone above and beyond in a few ways, and I will definitely be back the next time my car decides to betray me.

I can’t say enough good things about the Harb’s crew. They are simply outstanding! My daughters and I have been taking our cars there for service for about 7 years now. They are very friendly, honest, fair-priced and extremely trustworthy. They would never make unnecessary repairs for the money. They also do a great job explaining what they repaired and why, making it a learning experience, which I love. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, and I will always recommend them.

We took our auto to Harb's after a failed e-check. Ronnie took time and explained everything he was doing to the car. I totally understand stand now how the system works and why it failed after he explained. One week after the repairs we returned to e-check and passed no problem! Thank you Harb's!

Great Business operated by Friendly and Knowledgeable brothers who really care about their customers and stand behind their work on the rare occasion the would be an issues. They don't try to sell you more than you need and insist on quality. Very trustworthy and for that reason I take all my vehicles there without hesitation.
