Was 50 minutes late picking me up. Called after 20 mins and was put on hold. While on hold, the body shop called to ask and they said he's on his way, they never picked up my call to tell me the same. 15 more mins called again and was told give the porter 10 more mins, he drives slow. Finally gets there! Drove the 12 minutes back to Hertz. Was told I had to have a card on file, but didn't know the amount. They then asked if I had any other cards or if I can leave and move money around. Even if I could move money around how do I get to the bank to do that.... Can't use my husband's card either. Just told them to cancel and went to Enterprise.

I've used this location about 3 times now. They have the cars I like to drive and the manager was on top of everything. She could multitask better than most people in this world and it kept the people moving in and out of the store.

DON'T USE HERTZ, especially this location. The Manager there, Rhonda doesn't care about customer service and Hertz Brand. Had a pick up car reservation at 9 am, went to the location at 850am, and was told they don't have a car for me and had to wait till 1015am to get a car, which ended to be a faulty car and broke down on the road for an engine problem. Had to go to three different locations to try to exchange the car but they don't have a car for me, missed my appointment in NY were i was traveling the whole trip for and finally got a truck exchanged for my faulty jeep car to return back to parma, payed almost $160 for parking the truck in NY and gas back to Parma. And Rhonda, the branch manager there, said she can't refund me any of the fees incurred, and the inconvenience hertz created by allowing an improperly serviced car to go on the road. Disaster recipe to go out of business as a company. Hertz, DO BETTER.

I would never ever recommend this particular Hertz location. Surely they aren’t representative of the entire company but this local staff was horribly rude and unprofessional and made my entire experience a nightmare. Absolutely horrible communication.

Horrible experience at Hertz on Brook Park Rd in Parma. The rental car reeked of body odor from day one. I called immediately and was told there were no replacements. The next day, they said I’d have to drive 45 minutes to another location to swap it out. The manager, Ronda, promised to call me back with options but never did.
No follow-up. No resolution. Stuck with a disgusting car for two weeks. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this location.

Made a reservation for an suv, they gave away my car and wouldn’t find one for me or upgrade me. I had to settle for a smaller car because I was leaving for a wedding early the next morning. The employees were nice but hertz management is terrible and they do not care about their customers. First and last time using hertz. I will go out of my way to use their competitors.

Picked up my rental right at 8am. Young lady was pleasant and very professional. She even went the extra mile and followed me up the street to drop off my personal car for service so I didn’t have to walk back. Excellent service. Great job

Terrible service do not book! Reserved rental weeks in advance for 2:00pm received a call at 1:45 stating no rental would be ready until 4:00pm. Came to the store at 4pm and representatives stating that it’s still no cars available did nothing to help but referred us to another location. Poor communication and customer service skills.

Hertz charged my card for tolls a month after I returned my car. This is the third charge when i actually paid the toll myself!! This is stealing and it’s wrong.

I've gone with hertz a couple times and am a gold member but this last time I was able to check a few different ways to purchase a rental and was upset to see that every discount code I had received had only raised the cost of the rental.for example I had a 15% off and the price was 60 a day.i left and applied a 25% code and the price went up to 80 a day for the same car.crooked practice by them.they can just change rates when they feel like it
