Tellers are rude and do not help with hardly anything. Even the teller that was there from another branch is rude. I'm not sure why people want to bank at this place. They're rude and unprofessional, and they can't even answer questions that you have about anything!

Doesn’t take long at all !! And even when your pulling out a big sum of cash it only takes about 10-15 mins and that’s not bad fr because I’ve waited at my old bank for over an hour before trying to pull out cash !!!

I went to open a checking account but I was told to wait on the lobby for more than 20 mins twice in a week, I left both times because of just wasting my time for no reason. Hopefully they hire more people or change their customer service, I am not coming back to this location again!!

I was a longtime customer of this branch for many years. With zero account issues or complaints.I had 2 checking, 2 savings accounts.I get a very random letter stating the bank will be closing my4 accounts, and to go to the branchand close the accounts, or the money will be mailed to me.I went up to the branch to close my accounts. I had the employee at a desk call the customer service number listed on the Letter, to inquire why my accounts will be closed.The customer service agent tells both of us , “ the accounts will be closed, because we can close them”.I asked , but what’s the actual reason ,..they said because they can.So, now I bank at US bank in the same parking lot. With no issues .This all sounds very odd ,..but it’s true.

The employees and faculty literally treat your money like its theirs until you can prove it's yours! They have leeway to speed things along but based on there INDIVIDUAL mood at the time they can treat a regular customer like a bank robber.

During Covid-19, the Parma Ridge Rd location has only the remote drive thru open, in which the locations lot has been made even smaller because of Chick Fil A construction. Lobby appointments are not open for transactions, so if the line is long enough for drive thru you will be obstructing traffic while waiting on Ridg Rd. They usually only have one teller, so the employee has to take care of hundreds of customers by themselves. If you do not have an hour to wait in line you should find a different bank.
