If I can give a 0 I would staff phone service bud horrible I came very respectful at these 2 young ladies just to get disrespected and hung up on. Maybe I was asking to many questions but it doesn't give the rights to hand up on someone like that I was trying to get a better understanding I will never use they service again

One star is too much. The person who made my appointment lied to me when I requested my appointment with Karen, who has been doing my taxes for the last 4 years. They told me that she doesn't work for JH anymore, but Darrell told me that Karen works in JH at Walmart. I went to see Darrell, he told me to come back in 2 days with my ID to pay the $150 and to pick up my papers but when I came back he wasn't there. Cynthia tried to help me, she said that Darrell overcharged me over $500 and that he had placed some kind of security in the payment.I called the office to ask for Darrell and the woman who answered me told me that she was going to speak with her boss about my case and promised me that she or him would call me back but no one from JH ever called me back. After many attempts, I found Darrell at JH at Walmart on Brookpark Rd. At that time, Darrell wanted to charge me $800. In the past years, JH has charged me $80-$120 at the most. Trying to file my taxes with JH was a nightmare this year, from the lying person who first answered the phone to Darrell who obviously thought that he is the only person in town who can file my income taxes. Very disappointed of JH and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Cynthia said that what Darrell is charging me isn't right and because of this she offered to fill my taxes for me for free on her own, on the side.

When I first initially made my appointment, I told the man that I needed a Tuesday appointment but he still put my appointment on Monday. Well I had to reschedule and thank God I called back because it seems that I missed the Monday appointment due to his scheduling. thankfully, I was able to reschedule for another later in the week, all good!
