I called to setup an appointment and got 1 that day after work. I thought it would take a while but I got right in and my taxes were done in no time at all. So I would go back to Jackson Hewitt next year to get my taxes done next year.

Kristen was sooooo helpful. I was in a panic because the lady who did my taxes for 7 years no longer was in business. I called made the appointment and Kristen did an amazing job. I was in and out. She was very polite and professional! I even sent my mother to her!

Not satisfied at all. I've not gotten my tax refund after six weeks. I've called the office several times and not gotten a response. Horrible.
