I visited today to buy some sandwiches and I waited 30 minutes in line for some extremely rude employees. When the employee was finished adding just my meat and cheese the register employee was screaming at me to pay and was extremely rude. I politely told her that my sandwiches weren't finished and when they were done I would pay. Once my sandwiches were finished she tried to charge me for 3 instead of 2. When I told her to take one off she was very rude and obnoxious. She finally adjusted my order and snatched my card out of my hand and abruptly inserted my card with her attitude. She kept speaking to me in a rude tone, so I told her nicely to be nice to me since I am only a customer that she is paid to serve. Which she got offended by and told me to get out since I was being a rude customer. Keep in mind I did nothing but tell her to be nice. I went back into my car to see my bank information that she had charged me and not given me my subsI went back in to confront them which they did refund me, but not fully. Which I then again had to go back in and ask for my full money back, since what they did was not fair, especially to a customer and this business. Which they all continued to scream and shout at me. If you want to be treated with no resepect I would recommend coming to this location. I used to come to jersey Mike's pretty often but after experiencing this type of behavior from these people, they have officially lost me as a customer. This is not how you treat a customer or anyone in general.

Retracted previous review. I gave Jersey Mike's another chance, and the previous issue seems fixed. Keep making amazing subs! ?

We love Jersey Mikes. I have tried most of the subs and have not been disappointed.Every store I go into has an incredibly friendly staff that is always smiling. Even when the lunch rush is on, you are greeted with a "hello welcome to Jersey Mikes".For employees to stop in the middle of a chaotic day and greet you speaks volumes to the business.We can't wait for the Wadsworth store to open since it's close to home.

Ordered 3 subs. No vinegar n oil on either. Third had 4 times the amount of mayo on it. Bread was hard and no extra bacon for the BLT. so 30 bucks down the drain . Thanks Jersey Mike's. How about a refund?????

Chef was extremely rude. This was earlier this year. I was looking at the menu, and I take time in making decisions. I don't recall exactly what he said, but it was something along the line of "You're in here all the time, it's not that hard." That's how you treat repeat customers? I tried to get his supervisor's name and he wouldn't even give me the information. I even went so far as to call the store and they wouldn't answer. I hope that he got fired.I have never felt so disrespected in a restaurant in my life. Jersey Mike's subs are top notch, but wow, your management needs some basic customer service interaction training. I confronted him on the rude comment he made when he walked to the back, and I had to tear a half-genuine apology out of him. I loved Jersey Mike's until this experience, and I hope someone at the regional level sees this and realizes some work needs to be done.Honestly, your chef lost my business. I know he doesn't care, but your GM's, RM's, VP, CEO will care. If this happens at one location, it can and is probably happening at other locations.Thoroughly disappointed. Haven't been back to any Jersey Mike's since✌️

Rude worker that wouldn't check to see if the pickup order was ready. She just snapped that "they were early". I waited for a bit only to find that the meal was sitting there the whole time.Not the first time I've seen her be toxic at this location, she needs to find a new job with a little less customer interaction.

Antone or whatever the cook at this location is a super friendly guy who made a great sandwich. It’s Employee’s like him that keeps business running, he went out of his way to make us comfortable while we waited and gave us sub cards towards our next visit. Hope we got his name right? He definitely deserves a promotion Jersey Mike’s would be crazy to loose him .

Horrible! Waiting to place an order, this other customer and I were asked to stand by the “place order sign” which neither of us saw, but the worker point the sign out as if she was irritated. Ok, we can’t help what we did not see. The customer I stood with made a comment about their rules and a guy working said “what rules, we’re busy. That’s it!” After that customer received his food and left the 3 workers ranted on very unprofessionally about his comment and how we didn’t read their sign, etc,. I thought “I’m still standing here, can you at least wait until I leave to bad-mouth us”.. but I didn’t say a word. Unlike them I handled myself with class. First time there, and last time. Very poor/horrible customer service!
