I had a great experience with this heating and cooling company. They’re a small business, and you can really tell they care about their customers. From the start, they handled my situation with a lot of urgency and professionalism, which I really appreciated.
What stood out most was how honest and straightforward they were. They gave me realistic options, explained everything clearly, and never once tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need. There was zero pressure—just good advice and solid work.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company that does quality work and treats you like a person instead of a sales opportunity, I highly recommend them.

My parents needed an HVAC inspection done for their commercial building and I'll tell you what - anyone that can make my dad crack a smile has my deepest appreciation and respect. TJ and Matthew came out together to crank out the inspections. From the first greeting, I could feel how warm these guys were - super personable and explained everything they were looking for (without overexplaining). It's apparent how knowledgeable they both are about each individual component - true masters of their craft. I spoke with them both individually as they were conducting their inspections and they both had very similar things to say about how amazing K&K is. From the culture to the closeness, everything that the company has provided them has translated to their service with us as clients. It's like working with family. Not to mention the pricing was icing on the cake. You all have my deepest appreciation and, as a Cleveland Realtor, I can confidently say you will be receiving much more business from me.

I had a great experience with K and K Heating & Cooling. From the first call to the completed repair, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. My technician, Gilbert, arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and fixed the furnace quickly. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and left the work area clean. It’s such a relief to have reliable heat again, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend K&K to anyone needing furnace repair.

Furnace had an issue with the pressure pump. No heat at all before we were supposed to get a cold front. I called K&K and they sent over a technician the same day. The tech, Gilbert, was amazing. Walked me through the issue and luckily had a replacement available. Great and quick service! Will use again

My son moved into a new house and the furnace was shutting down and not heating the house. I had 2 other HVAC people look at it and did not fix it correctly. I called K and K and Moe Elder came the same day. I explained that my grandchildren would be there that weekend and I was afraid it would not get fixed in time. Moe immediately went above and beyond searching for the problem. There were rocks clogging the inside of the vent pipes! I don’t know how he figured it out but he was a lifesaver. He fixed the pipes and even patched a hole to keep the draft out. He was polite, professional and a good man overall. I will only use K and K from now on and I will request Moe every time. Thank you Moe, that was a huge problem you fixed for my family.

Very polite courteous and professional heating and Air conditioning professionals did a job that I thought would all would be all day and they got it done in half a day or less and it's a beautiful job functional and looks good I will have them back in a month a month and a half to replace our other furnace and come spring or summer they can put air conditioning on this furnace I'll definitely go with k&k again especially with the great personal they have Gerald what excellent also

There’s seriously no better residential HVAC team in NE Ohio. This is my second home using them over the last 15 years and I’m so thankful I found them. I tried competitors 12-13 years ago and they were a mess. Their prices are fair and they’ve had a lasting solution for every problem that came up both at the old house a couple years into this new build. Cory was the one that came out today and he was awesome. I could probably sit and have a drink with him and hang out, but at the same time he was amazingly efficient. Just another good dude at a great company: I’ll never direct friends or family anywhere else. Multiple good experiences over the years now.

Gilbert was excellent, he took the time to explain everything. Fixed everything that needed to be fixed to get back up and running and also pointed out any issues that may need to be addressed in the future.
