Was looking for an estimate to replace the radiator heating in a rental property with furnace and AC units. Kyle came out to estimate and sent a text afterwards about walls that would need to be removed to install vents, which was already discussed and agreed upon prior to the estimate. I haven't heard anything since even though I sent a text to two different numbers advising I never received an estimate. Why come to the property if you're never going to provide an estimate.

Responded in minutes by phone after online request for service. Texted 30 minutes prior to arrival with name and photo of technician. 5 minutes late but not a big deal. Fixed my problem. Dirty flame sensor. Did not try to upsell me on anything. HONEST. Pointed out some issues and advised not to bother investing in a fix on my old furnace. Running fine. Said they would come back free of charge to check out again if problem within 90 days. You won a new customer and anyone I can share this with. 99 bucks. Problem fixed.

First, let me start with. This is my second dealing with this company. Same person as last time his name is Jerry Dodrill He's very good at what he does and he is very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. So if you need help with your A C or your heat, just call k and k and ask for Jerry, he's your guy. I never recommend anyone unless.I think they can get the job done.Thank you jerry.
