This is why I do not like banks I have money I needed to take out to buy a car with cash and they would not let me withdraw all of it and we are talking under $10,000 so how can a bank have your money and not give it to you when you need it

The worst bank experience EVER. If i could give negative stars, i would. I have been trying to pay off a loan with them for months and they continue to give me the run around. You would "think" they would want to get paid and get the money for this loan, but they clearly do not know what their job responsibilities are and how to complete a transaction. In the meantime, as they continue to be incompetent, they are trying to charge me massive amounts of late fees. Not to mention their lack of customer service. I have been told the same story multiple times that someone will be calling me back and to date, i have not received one call back. It scary to think what they are doing with people's money when they cannot complete a simple payoff for loan request. I hope this helps other people to avoid all the troubles that key bank has caused me. Bank with someone that you can trust with your money, NOT key bank.

Have banked with them for approx. 15 years new system upgrade never reflects actual account balance. Come to find out they only know true account balance 8 hours a day(business hours) mon. Thru fri. Transactions are always shuffled to insure bounce fees are charged. Have to go to branch and have fees reversed after going over transaction history with cust. Rep. Always have money in account but auto deducted bills dates seem to be whenever they can insure over draft will happen. Direct deposit on friday everything is fine then saturday morning system shows mortgage clearing before direst deposit. They said if a payment is due to be processed and the date is a non business day that said payment will "sometimes" be posted the business day before payment is scheduled. Closing account today would never recommend this bank to anyone. Too bad 0 stars is never an option
