Found some hidden gems whenever I stop by. Whether you're toy hunting, searching for furniture or other knick knacks. You'll be sure to leave with something in hand. ??

Pretty good liquidation prices. Not so much the bins based on my taste. I have been coming in there buying books for the last 6 months between $1-$2 each. Then yesterday the lady looked up each book and tried to charge me half of it retail cost. Not very cool

I used to love this place because all the goods were at the price of bins. now all prices are 50% lower than at Target, but they don't have all the products, so you don't know if you'll find anything at all. don't waste your time throwing boxes of broken things in the mud.

Thank you Liz for being so attentive to my online purchases and pick ups and also to Patti in the store. They were so nice and extremely helpful which just made me spend more money ??? Came on Sunday to pick up an online order of two items. One was a brand new $400 Peg Perego 4 wheeler that I got for $200 and another was $359 Simmons Monterey infant dresser which has been discontinued for over a year. I paid $185 for it brand new in the box. Thanks so much ladies! My kids also loved all of the cool items we found in store like slinkies, squirt guns, finger skateboards, and many many more cool summer finds.

I have a non-profit and the owner of the bin donated a cart full of school supplies for my back to school event

I’m going to start off by saying that customer service is very important and it’s hard to come by anymore. Rhonda and Patti at Krazy binz was amazing! I mean, they made me feel like I was a celebrity when I left that store! they definitely know what true customer service is and I appreciate you both.

I am a Krazy Bins customer before the Parma store opened last year, and have shopped at all three stores (Mentor, Akron and Parma). I used to come to Parma a lot, spend a lot of money on cool things and new clothes, I haven't been here for a while but my last visit didn't please me at all. I saw used clothes all torn, dirty and stained, I couldn't believe what my eyes saw, I barely found some clothes for my children. So I would appreciate it if you stop saying on social media that all the clothes are new when they are not, and if so make sure you take out the used clothes and not lie. In addition to what I already said, the prices of many things have gone up, before it was much better to buy, and be careful when you go to pay, last time they charged me for merchandise that I did not have and they do not make refunds, if you have any doubt about a price always ask because, as I said before, the prices are not what they were before.

Terrible experience today at this store. There was a dispute at the counter with a family who was wrongfully overcharged and didn’t speak English, another customer asked me if I could translate for this family. As I approached the cashier (Jaclyn) yelled out at me asking who I am and what I’m doing there and before I could even tell her that I was asked to come and translate she was already so angry that she pointed her hand at me and yelled at me to get out of the store immediately. I was STUNNED!! I questioned her asking for a manager because I simply came to translate, the manager (taller woman with short hair) didn’t even take two seconds to hear out the situation and yelled at me to get out of the store as well. I have never been made so embarrassed in my life around a crowd of people who are all witnesses to her extremely poor behavior. I didn’t know the people I was translating for and had no reason to argue for anyone. The cashiers reaction was completely uncalled for and no manager in the store could try to resolve the situation. If you don’t want to be yelled at, harassed, overcharged avoid this store.

What a find! Stopped in as I had heard some friends raving about this place and I got overwhelmed (in a good way) very quickly! Loads of home decor with minor to no imperfections for incredible prices. I really do have to say: Patty, Tina, and Miranda were EXTREMELY kind and helpful and their customer service was impeccable so hats off to you all! Will certainly be back again <3

Love it here, perfect for people who like to browse shop rather than people who shop with an end goal since you never know what you’ll find. Carol (Cheryl?) at the register was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the all my items— I bought my entire home office on this Saturday visit— and was very personable and sweet. Keep it up KB!

I love this place! I return weekly and find numerous items for personal and school purposes. A shout out to the women and men who work there- they helped me find the Kitchen aid stand mixer and tested it for me. These people are wonderful- thank you! Desserts coming soon!

SEE RESPONSE BELOW FROM THIS TRASH ⬇️ Sir/Ma’am you don’t know me and if you do that is weird. The management I saw today I’ve never seen before and I’ve only been in these store 3 times in my whole life. It’s not about the prices you loser-it’s about the mass confusion, your staff and lack of transparency. The cashier was so nice. The web, the instagram and the store WALLS all say something different! Most businesses want their customers to be happy but I guess that is not the policy here.Went to the Parma location 7/5 to take advantage of the sale. The instagram, the website and texts say different things about the prices and the hours. The wall sign says $1 on Wednesday, text says $1.99. Most things are not marked with prices so when you get the register the poor employees have to ask some to come over and price it. They were clearly making up prices at the register. The management is rude when I expressed that the wall says one thing, the texts say another and have the stuff isn’t priced…she said “why are you here? Why do come here? to complain? Everyone complains”. I said you need to be transparent an do better to have things marked. Out of line- but I’m not surprised. It supposed to close out and major deals. The more times I go, the more I see that they are starting to take advantage of their success and making up their policies and prices to suit them.

I went on a Friday the line was wrapped around the store. Maybe I should have gotten there earlier to see what they really be putting in the bins. But you might can find something that you can use later on down the line. But the question is do they really be having games system in the bins. Just curious to know

Cashiers and manager will make you feel like it’s an inconvenience and bother if you ask for help, they’re understaffed where sometimes there is only one person working the whole floor, and the receipt machine doesn’t work. I paid $100 for items that were showing up as costing $90 which made no sense as I kept trying to ask why it was showing up differently but they insisted I pay the higher amount. Items are sometimes priced more than what’s on their original tag which is also bizarre to me. There are some good deals though if you can be patient and withstand the bad customer service.
