We have had several company team building events here. The instructors are amazing and it is an amazing (and fun) workout!

Great variety of classes and creative/unique ways to get exercise. I always feel great after! The classes can be challenging, but the instructors and group are always so enthusiastic and encouraging. Nikki the owner is wonderful!
