Just WOW. Christian was absolutely phenomenal. We told him what issues we were trying to solve as far as our current bedroom setup is concerned and he was able to provide us with a no pressure solution and checked off every box. He showed us a few different bed sets but ultimately his first offer was absolutely spot on. We knew the moment he started demonstrating the adjustable base and other features we were locked in. He made the whole thing so easy that we bought not only 1 set…..but 3! Upgraded our children’s current set up as well. Thank you Christian for all your help and we are so looking forward to a better nights sleep here soon.

L.J. was excellent. I have no clue about mattresses and he walked me through the showroom and helped me find exactly what I wanted based on what I told him my budget was. It was quick and easy which is what I wanted! I was surprised when his manager said he was new. Seemed like a pro to me!!

Incredible experience with LJ as he explained the mattresses to us- he was very patient and we never felt rushed or pushed. Felt like he really wanted what was best for us, and we were thrilled with our decision! Highly recommended!

We worked with Christian the manager and he was able to get us a fantastic deal on a mattress from the outlet store! Mattress shopping can be difficult and annoying however he made the process extremely easy and he was very knowledgable. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. We went to a lot of mattress firms looking to find certain products in store and parma was out of our way but Im so glad we stopped in because Christian really saved us! Now we get great sleep and we didn't have to spend $5000 on a mattress because Christian found us the same unused mattress at the outlet store!

This is a great store if you are looking for any bed or pillow set! Christian was the employee who helped us today and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and patient and gave us the best options without being pushy or overbearing. I highly recommend dropping by if you are looking for a new bed.

I went to Mattress firm yesterday to find new beds for myself and my daughter. We were helped by Christian. He was very friendly and recommended mattresses as well as frames in my price range. When I found a bed I liked he took my daughter to try out various mattresses (with my daughter being 7 he was very patient and helpful with her) she was able to find a bed that she loved. I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend coming here. Not only were the prices decent but Christian went above and beyond to help us. Our new beds will be delivered to our house on Monday. We are so excited to start our new adventure with our new beds in our new house. Thank you again Christian!

Christian was absolutely fantastic to work with! Very patient and very informative! He also gave us plenty of time to try different beds as he ran numbers for each bed. Overall great experience, and a great bed to go with it!

The salesman (Harry) was very friendly & helpful and didn’t pressure us or try to “upsell” us. In this particular case, we were only looking for an inexpensive mattress for our guest room & that’s exactly what he sold us. An excellent experience. Will definitely shop at this store in the future. Thanks, Harry! We appreciated the good service.

My experience was awesome. My sales rep Christian was very professional and courteous. He ensured I got a quality product and answered my questions. I was able to find the right mattress for me and stay within my budget which one of the first questions I was asked when walking in. Kudos!
