No service. I was ignored by two women talking about weed, meth and God knows what. Tramp stamps/snot rings/morbid obesity is all you'll ever get here. You catch my drift? I'll go somewhere else. SHUT IT DOWN!!!

2/17/2023 - kathia at window Pharmacist was women I went to pharmacy to pick up meds doctor called in and horrific experience. I was told I received my med already in January for a 90 day refill and to " go home " and find the bottle and take those and that they were not refilling my other med it was too soon! I never asked for my other medication to be refilled? So she was treating me rude and like a drug addict for no reason?!! I asked for pharmacist she cane to window just as rude as the other women waved a paper in my fave stated I received this medication and picked up and signed for in January 2023 i told her i stopped this medication last January and i have not filled since last January 2022 ! She told me to go find at home and and slammed window shut! I went home called dr on call because i needed this medication because i have not slept in 3 days at this point. She called the pharmacist and the pharmacist acted like nothing ever happened and told her i had refilled this last January 2022 and they would refill this for me today??? The doctor called me and let me know what she said. I called back up there and taped the whole conversation the pharmacist said laughing after i left they saw there mistake and corrected it and lied to my doctor and I demanded and apology for how i was treated and how she just lied to me doctor. she apologized and hung up on me. I made a complaint with the corporate office on the pharmacist and the staff member and switched pharmacies.

They did a dispensing error on my meds. Called them on Saturday 45 minute wait on hold and no one answered the phone so I hung up calling them the following day 30 minute wait on hold and no answer today first call was 25 minutes and someone picks up screaming "Paul your prescription is ready" then hanging up. Maybe a remedial lesson in how to answer the phone is needed

IF they have less than star l would give it to them . This the WORST CV Pharmacy I deal with it . They Always Don't complete the description or even I have appointment for Covid test they don't let me take it. I went to the mini clinic and they didn't give me The Service. I even went to take my pick up and they tell me they didn't have the medicine but when my doctor called them Suddenly they have it .

Rule of thumb: don't text me my prescriptions are ready to pick up when they aren't. I don't have time to wait 45 minutes for you to fill them when you said it was ready. Also, maybe don't call a customer an asshole for inquiring why it wasn't ready when it was said it was.

Cilicia in pharmacy is very rude. Worse customer service with the worse attitude. Tried to pick up my dogs medication and she said there was no prescription put in for him. I told her it was just called in last week and I had the voice mail that CVS just called me a few days before saying it was ready. She wasn't trying to hear it or offer any help to look into things. I asked her if they would be able to reach out to the clinic and she flat out told me to do it myself and walked away from the counter. I'm so done with this pharmacy.

I've stopped here for everything from medicine to supplies. Staff is friendly and never really had an issue while shopping here.

Probably the worst minute clinic experience I've ever had. Can't see out of my eye due to a stye. The nurse turned me away because her computer was glitching. She said I clearly needed an antibiotic but could not do anything because of her computer. That's it. No recommendations or alternatives... probably the worst nurse of all time. Don't go here.

If your looking for a minute clinic that actually cares about people and treats them with respect then DONT come here. I didn't get her name who was in the minute clinic but very rude and didn't care. I will never waste my time here again. 0 stars from me.

Ohio board of pharmacy should probably be involved with this CVS location. I swear myself, as well as every customer I have ever seen in line while I was there advocating for myself and my prescription needs time and time again, has walked away disgruntled and angry. I have never once walked in and walked out without layers of issues for the 3 routine prescriptions I require. As a healthcare provider myself, I find this utterly appalling and unacceptable on so many levels. The common denominator seems to be Ashley, their pharmacist who consistently is on duty whenever ya know what hits the fan. Sorry not sorry for the name drop, but enough is enough already. I have personally witnessed her be condescending and rude to staff, does not give providers or customers the time of day, and has a complete "i'm better than everyone here" attitude. Refills are not filled appropriately or on time. Errors have been made with dosage orders. I have had to make multiple trips in one day due to their negligence and/or laziness and incompetence. Also, they don't answer their phones so you have to drive to the pharmacy each and every time you get a kickback notice on your prescription order. I feel bad for the customers who truly rely on their pharmacy to get their important, sometimes life sustaining prescriptions right on the first time. This place is a complete train wreck. I have begun the process of switching pharmacies but still feel like other Parma locals should be informed & weary of this location.

I know, it's a CVS and stores like this seem to be on every block, in every neighborhood along with your Rite-Aids and Walgreens, but the staff at this store are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. Even the CNP's that man the Minute Clinic are always patient, informative, and always willing to answer any questions you may have on your visit. Now that the Rite-Aid in our neighborhood is gone, and the customer service at the local Walgreens is shall I say severely lacking, this new CVS has become the go-to spot for all of our family needs.
