The audiologist was not friendly. She was rude. I was sorry I wasted our time there. We will see another audilogist before the end of the month. She said it would take three weeks to get approval from the insurance company for the hearing aides. I contacted the insurance company and they said approval takes about two days. She said she would have to submit 6 pages of information to the insurance company. The insurance company said they would only ask five questions.

I was there for hearing aid consult..and was treated like royalty..both Joanna and Karilyn(Audiologist),which she said to call her Karilyn..treated me like I was part of their family...I would recommend then to anyone that needs them..

I always have a good experience here. Karilyn Ryder goes above and beyond. She always remembers one of the main issues on my "whine list" is tinnitus - despite the masking program I have in my hearing aids, the tinnitus still manages to drown it out. During my latest appointment, she gave me the good news that she is currently taking a course in tinnitus retraining therapy and has put me on the list to teach me what she learns once she completes the course. Knowing there's no cure has been pretty discouraging, but the chance of learning skills to better cope with it gives me new hope. She truly cares about her patients and I really appreciate her. Thanks, Karilyn!
