Is unfortunately 😕 that I take my granddaughters to one of the best old navy and we came in today and we said good morning two times and we got no answer and got ignored also on top of it all we needed assistant and we had no one that toke out the time to attend us very poor customer service its ashame .

They suck. They force their employees to try and get credit card apps when people don't want to in order to get a discount. Then fire the employee for giving them discounts even if not approved because Discount is then approved by the manager verbally anyway and cost the company only a few hundred dollars over the course of a year. Low man on the pole gets the shaft.

Love shopping at old navy, they always have great deals. The employees are always helpful. The employee Erika was very helpful and kind when checking me out.

Geniuses running the store only unlocked one side of the entrance doors. The side they left locked was the motorized handicap door. Sucked for me trying to hold doors open pushing a double stroller with two kids. Probably extra sucks for a person in a wheelchair or with a mobility disability. Also I jammed my wrist on the way out discovering one side of the exit doors were still locked.

I have always went to this old navy to shop and they always had plus size apparel but I just found out that old navy no longer will carry plus size in the stores unfortunately? and it will only be online.
