I keep looking at this place because I really want a scooter, but then I look at all the reviews and it's kind of funny that the owner only answers the five-star reviews with an appreciation that says nothing to the one stars or the very low two-star reviews that he gets so I just had to leave my little one star to let you know that other customers are looking at at your reviews before they come out

Don't waste your time I called ahead to make sure I had everything I needed to purchase a scooter told them what time I was coming showed up no one was there then was told I'm about to pull up waited another half hour no one showed up no one answered my calls

I read the poor reviews. I always go see for myself. We really wanted 2 scooters. On Monday the store is posted to open at 12 noon. We traveled over 15 miles, arrived at 1:15. The place wasn’t open, phone # went directly to voice mail. On Tuesday, again, store posted that it opens at 12 noon. At 12:15, my husband called to make sure. A man answered and said he needed to leave for a bit and would be back at 1:00. We took the 15 mile trip and arrived at 1:30. Door was locked, no one in sight, 3 scooters sitting out on the sidewalk. No one answered the phone. We waited until 2:00, no one ever showed and no one answered the phone. It’s a shame, we were ready to buy…will not make the trip again. Very unreliable and unprofessional.

IF WE COULD GIVE 0 STARS HE WOULD NOT HAVE THE 1.8 AVERAGE AFTER 4 YEARS OF BEING OPEN. NO HELP WITH SERVICE CALL. BEEN ENTIRE MONTH. IF YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS CROOK HE WILL NOT GET YOUR DEVICE BACK UP AN RUNNING. HE WILL AVOID YOU, AN AVOID THE CREDITORS THAT SELL HIM THE CHEAP NONQUALITY BIKES AN SCOOTERS. NOTHING YOU GET FROM HIM IS GOOD AN IT WILL BREAK WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH OF CASUAL CRUISING. WISH I COULD POST MY SCREEN SHOTS OF ALL THE TIMES IVE REACHED OUT LEFT MESSAGES AN NO RESPONSE JUST LEFT ON READ. ******SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, STRESS, AN MONEY.... first thing we pulled up place looked closed not very well lite at all.. get inside the place smelled of marijuana so strong that we smelled like it the hole ride home,place was not at all organized at all things and parts all over the place couldn't even hardly walk then while my girlfriend is asking questions and prices (that way over priced haha) I so happen to be paying attention to what he was doing and he was recording us without asking for our permission. I then walked as close as I could to her told her he was recording us she then asked him if he did or was he said yea she said can you please delete that we don't want to be recorded "he said he did" can't confirm that but I ended up walking out and waiting for her it definitely not worth your time please just order a bike offline!!

Marketplace “scam like” posts. Understandable this person is running business. But posting the same Chinese scooters or e-bikes 15-20 times with the same pictures is getting out of hand! If there is a way to block sellers on marketplace somebody let me know.
