I can not thank this man enough! I had a scratch on the front of my car from another car clipping me in a parking lot. I came in for a quote and he buffed it out right there. I wasn't even there for 10 minutes and the scratch was gone and told me have a great day! Wouldn't even accept the 20 dollars I tried to give him for the work he'd done! Exceptional human. He is not out to gouge people. He's honest. I was so relieved because A touch of class auto body down the street wanted $880.00 to do what he did. I will tell everyone about Parma Auto Body! Thank you again sir!

I had an outstanding experience with Parma Auto Body! This is the second time I've had my car repaired by them, and would return without hesitation should the need arise again. The team was incredibly professional and thorough, providing clear communication throughout the entire repair process. My vehicle was repaired quickly. Bill pays attention to detail and it shows! He truely cares about his customers. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and efficient vehicle repairs.

Absolutely amazing shop! The owner is an outstanding individual who not only insures his work but makes what is typically a stressful experience really easy. He walked me through every step of the process from working with insurance to setting up a rental and did a phenomenal job fixing up my car. This is a marvelous little local shop that I highly recommend!

I’ll never take my car to another place. Bill was so helpful, not only does my car look like nothing ever happened to it, In a very timely manner.. But my insurance, the rental agency gave me the absolutely hardest time during this wait time and he did everything to make it easier on me! I live in Sandusky and got referred by a friend where I was extremely happy with my service! Any obstacle that the rental agencies and my insurance threw at me Parma auto helped in every way. Very Highly recommend if you want great service!

Took my truck here for an estimate in May which went smoothly. Insurance sent me the check quickly. Tried getting an appointment set up but he kept saying “we are slammed, call me next week and we will get you set up”. Called several times within the 2 month span and got the same story. Even stopped at the business in person and got the same story. I’m usually not the one to complain but this was terrible. 3 months of attempting to call and set an appointment but just got blown off. Took my truck to Strongsville body and paint. Got an appointment that day. Don’t waste your time here.
