Thank you to the Parma Care Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for being awesome! Huge shout out to Jessica Vonallmen and Stephanie Jones for being awesome at your jobs and a huge shout out to STNA Tina for being a pleasure to be around and as sweet as anyone could ever be. Thank you to all my nurses, all the other great STNA's and the rest of the staff. I will recommend this facility to anyone who may find themselves in need!

I work here as the occupational therapist and therapy department director. Our management team does a great job communicating to make the best situations possible for our long and short term residents. I’ve had patient family and friends compliment the therapy department and nursing, often saying they’ve seen us perform miracles or their loved one wouldn’t have come as far as they did without the interdisciplinary team. Our nursing staff is compassionate, even when it isn’t easy. Our slogan “Let our family take care of yours” shows just how close the staff is- we’ve turned into family. Our therapy team is contracted out, but are always treated like Parma Care Center employees. I would recommend Parma Care Center to anyone!

Parma Care Center is such a warm, friendly and inviting facility. I have a family member there and I couldn’t be happier. This is a facility that truly cares about their patients.

My close family friend stayed at Parma Care Center and had excellent care. The therapy team is the best at their jobs and rehabilitated him to a state where he was able to go back to living independently in an apartment again. The nursing team provided excellent care too and healed a wound that my friend had. The STNAs were very friendly and were really personable. During the Care Conference Meeting the team got together with myself and my friend to discuss the progress that he was making and we were able to ask any questions and go over any concerns that we had. The activities crew did a wonderful job interacting with my friend and helped him stay active with cards, books and word searches. The facility had many wonderful activities going on throughout the day but my friend enjoyed solo activities and they were able to accommodate. My friend came straight from the hospital and lived about an hour away. The Parma Care Center team came up with shoes, toiletries and clothing for him because he didn't have any. Some members of the team called and checked up on him even after he discharged to make sure he was doing OK. I would tell any of my friends and family to go to Parma Care Center for excellent care for their short term or long term care needs.

I have been here since 2010 and it is a great place to work! The admin team is very supportive of our contract therapists and includes us as part of the building family. I often hear PRN therapists say this is one of the friendliest places they work and they enjoy coming here.

I have been an employee for 11 years. My position is medical records and central supply. I feel privileged to work with such a great team that will help out whenever needed. It's a pleasure to be able to see and talk to the residents daily. My mom was even a resident until she passed. Great place to work!

Since the day I came to apply for the position of Activity Director, I felt welcomed by staff and residents, which to this day (2 yrs) has not changed. In our industry, Health Care, and Post Covid, we all have our challenges, and I know that each day we do our best to give good service to each and every person that enters our door.

Great place to work I’ve been here since ‘19 and our entire team is like family. Residents are well taken care of and building is clean. Therapy department is also fantastic.

Do not. I repeat do not take your family to this place. They are horrible. You always hear horror stories about nursing homes and this place is a prime example. They don't care about your loved ones at all period. I have never and I mean never seen worse care in my life. Now we' have to live with the fact we placed my dad in that place. If you love your family don't use Parma care center and if you must place a camera in his room

Choosing to work at Parma Care Center is one of the best work decisions I've made. My coworkers are fun, knowledgeable, and supportive. Our residents are warm and caring. We are a family here and it feels like home. Send your loved one to us and we will provide excellent care. Or come work with us, we'd love to have you!!

Nice facility for the residents. Staff is friendly and helpful. I like the interactions with the residents that I have on a daily basis. This place is extremely better than my last place of employment.
