This place is a NIGHTMARE! Its The embarrassement of Parma!The Bedbugs weren't even the Worst part!! Oh no! That was the strung out daughter of the owner(Faye..Fanny..Fanoula..whatever) who apparently terrorizes the guests regularly! She "works" here for obvious reasons yet thinks shes a musician when shes meth'd up & drunk! Woke us up in middle of night banging & kicking on our door & trying to get in with some equally grimey looking dude!! They were both wasted! I got my pistol out! Who expects This when paying for a room?? And from the STAFF!? I know it's cheap but Wow! It's unbelievable the owner allows this!!! I called the police & apparently it's common for her to harrass & steal from patrons. They always get calls about the drug activity & prostitution there & keep eyes it. Most of the "guests" live there full time & are drug addicts themselves.Welp That's the Parma Hotels bread & butter so I'm told. Unless you don't mind drug addicts trying to get into your room in the middle of the night then I'd suggest sleeping in your car or a bus shelter over this roach motel!!

The phone rings six times and then asks for a code. I've tried calling on and off for a couple months and this always happens. I showed up to the establishment on a Friday afternoon, knocked, and no one answered. The door was locked but there seemed to be a functional camera outside it monitoring anyone at the door. The parking lot was half full. I have no idea what's going on with this place.

Bed Bugs in every room. I am 100% sure of this. We actually had a couple bang on our door at 3 in the morning and tried to rob us. Come to find out it was the owners daughter and her bf. Just an all out dirty and nasty place. If u need and a place to stay and this is your only option. You are better off getting yourself locked up

Great place for a night or two. I stayed for 4days and was always happy. Had clean towels and the staff was very helpful with everything I needed. Will stay there again when back in Ohio.

Was a fine place to stay at first until I woke up in the middle of the night feeling something crawling on me to find the bed crawling with bed bugs and found a bunch of bites all over my body !
