This place has been awesome. I just moved all the way from Arizona and I needed a good place with large drive up units. This was just the right place. Plenty of room, easy access, and very VERY nice people. Shout out to Drew for helping me out when he saw I was doing it alone!

My company has been using this storage facility for the past three years to store our vehicles and equipment, and the team here has been nothing short of excellent. Anytime we need assistance, whether it’s moving something with their forklift or helping us install and remove our salt spreaders, they’re always quick to step in without hesitation. The location is also perfect—right in the heart of Cuyahoga County—which makes it easy for us to service all of Northeast Ohio. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Parma self storage is a great facility with great people. They are always helpful and go out of their way for their customers. The place is clean and well taken care of. Been using them for years and drive by many other storage places to go here. I travel almost 30 minutes to get here and it’s worth it.
