I wasn’t seen until more than 30 minutes past my appointment time. I had to fill out a very long questionnaire even though I was there last year, I was there for two hours ! But the lady that helped me pick out my frames, this time & last year is very nice and helpful.

On a positive not I was able to set up an appointment the day I called due to a cancellation. It was for 4:20 pm. I waited over an hour to be seen. The optometrist did perform the exam in a timely manner and was very detailed. Waiting to be seen for over an hour is unacceptable. Either schedule less patients or have a second optometrist working. I wonder, is this location putting profits over efficient care?
