Pet Supplies Plus Parma Ohio is the best place to get your dog groomed they cared about my puppy the explain everything they were going to do I never met such friendly and informative staff at a place like this. I have a pet supplies plus right next to me literally one minute away in Garfield Ohio and I mean the groomer there is terrible she is not informative she nipped my dog while cutting . I will drive the extra 25 minutes to get my dog groomed in Parma any day. Thank you Parma pet supplies for the great care of my Gigi….before and after

I have been coming to this location for a long time now and I always have an excellent experience. It's clean, the selection is great! The dog washes are not only fancy but VERY WELL MAINTAINED! Recently this year I have started using their Grooming services and I am blown away. Not only is the grooming room super clean but I hope Chelsea stays for a very long time. I can't imagine going to another groomer at this point. She's understanding, empathetic and really tries to accomodate me. I have 2 dogs, both rescues but my baby boy in particular had an incredibly rough start to his life. Chelsea was not only patient but so efficient. Even though he shakes, pulls and sometimes becomes dead weight, she still manages to get everything done while soothing him and making sure he isnt getting to stressed. I often times think people forget just how dangerous dog grooming can be, on top of how stressful it is to monitor so many things at once. Kudos to you girl!! You have a life long customer here! This location by far my favorite to come to.

I’m sure this location does a wonderful job with grooming, but not with communication wow. Drove 20 minutes out here just to get my dogs nails trimmed because all locations near me were booked up. The lady told me I could come between the time I called and 7:45pm but failed to mention that I needed to bring the rabies vaccine?? Not to mention I already had to wait 15 minutes while she made a phone call (which was no problem) but having to wait just for them to tell me they can’t do it because I don’t have the vaccine paper with me. . Just ridiculous and so much time wasted on my end. So yeah next time it would be greatly appreciated if that was mentioned BEFORE I drive all the way out here.

Chelsea the dog groomer was excellent .She took good care of my Shepherd. He left a Happy boy ,she also gave him two toys a a very special dog bisquit.We will be back again. This was at the parma location.
