So, I’ve been a customer here for a while though and I always preferred you guys over Pet Supplies Plus because you seemed to be good at keeping stuff in stock. However, lately in the past few weeks that doesn’t seem to be the case. I purchase Fancy Feast for my cats, which today they had three different ones out of the five or more they usually have, of which only two my cats will eat. My other cat will only eats Sheba Bistro Salmon which now they can’t seem to keep in stock either. Not to mention, I buy cat treats, cat litter, and dry cat food. I easily spend $75-$125 per week here, as can be tracked by my store card.
I’ve already started ordering the Sheba from Amazon, which has plenty on hand and I got it the next day. So that’s one thing I won’t be buying with you guys anymore. Now the Fancy Feast too?? I guess I’ll have to order that on Amazon too. Then I may as well order all my other things on there too. There is no point coming to this store if I can’t get all the items my cats need. If I can’t buy everything 9 out of 10 times I will simply buy nothing.
I did speak to the cashier (manager?) I dont don’t really know, but they said there is a shortage on the Sheba and Fancy Feast. I find this odd because Amazon has plenty and I’ve seen it other random places at times (recently). I also asked if they controlled the ordering and I was told not, that it was auto generated. Idk I know when I worked retail they ordered everything based off what was sold through the registers to ensure everything was replenished. We also had some say in ordering things and could find ways around things. Even if we had to transfer from another store (which we rarely did). This was 10 years ago, so I’d think ordering would be even better now with technology advancements.
This is my last attempt to have this issue solved. Is there a solution to this or do I need to take all my business to Amazon/other pet stores???

Love the options and staff is always helpful. I just wish prices went so high. Parmatiwn store is always clean and very stocked.

We brought one of our pups in for a nail trim. He had been to the vet recently, and they forgot to trim his nails. So I brought him here, and they turned us away because he needed to wait 48 hours after his vaccination. We returned about a week later to get his nails trimmed, and they accidentally cut him almost at his toe nub. They acted quickly and stopped the bleeding, but my pup has been a nervous wreck and limping since that happened. I'm not sure if we'll bring him back after that be used his anxiety for Petsmart has grown intensely.

Store was clean, large assortment of items, and the employees were friendly and helpful! Took away one star because the prices are a bit high.

Nice open shopping area. Lots of animals. Food, toys, cages, and plenty of other products for your pets needs. Can be a bit pricey

The person who was trying to help with getting the fish was very rude. She literally denied getting us more fish . We asked her to get one algae eater from the tank and she said it will grow too big and is not for 15gal tank , then we asked for couple of more female guppies and she said you already have more and this is too many for your tank. We told her that we are planning to buy 35gal tank so it is temporary but she said it will be too many for that size too and she cannot get more. Seriously , are we dumb to believe this. You say a 15 gal tank and a 35gal tank will only hold 5 guppies. From the beginning her attitude was not to help and her words were very rude . I don’t want to argue in front of my kids so just left with what we have .

Our one cat has urinary tract infection so it needs a special food we get that at PetSmart. People are always nice there

2nd time I had my pup in for grooming at this location recently , and 2nd time she’s come out with knicks, almost bald spots, and uneven cuts. Which is probably why her most recent groom only took a little less than 2 hours (was able to get her in a little earlier than scheduled cuz the groomer was ahead of schedule—I see why now). Also the 2nd time she’s had issues with poop changes after her groom (with absolutely NO changes in her feeding habits). Could just be a big coincidence, but never happened with her previous groomers. I’m now considering looking for a new grooming location

My sister fish tank on side was cranked she had to go back in but they were all cracked on the side. We couldn't even get a non broken one . THEN They cashed us out and they didn't say we left a bag there as we walked out of anything just put it to the side as we got home we realized we didn't have the other stuff for the cat so I called up there they gave us a hard time do you have the receipt an etc I said no but we were just there not hard to forget they they said oh ya ur stuff is there but you can't get it till tomorrow caz it's our policies we can't let you in after 9:00 or come outside to bring it to you.
But yet you guys are the ones that allow me to walk out without the bag while it was on the steel table and you guys didn't bother to say anything but I would be there at 9:05 and you can't bring it out to me or wait till I get and we're like almost a 25-minute drive very upset
VEY VEY UPSET WONT BE BACK AFTER I GET MY BAG TOMORROW CAZ I GOTTA GET THERE AFTER WORK . SHAME ON THEM
