Terrible customer service at this branch starting with tue fact THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE for my elderly mother who isn’t able to get her question answered through their website. It’s doesn’t matter when you call because they never pick up.

Been dealing with someone linking an uber account to my bank for about a year and a half. All pnc has done is canceled and reissued about 6 different cards, which has done nothing since the uber was linked to my account, not my cards. I finally figured it out myself and handled it, tried to close my account multiple times, and have now been waiting 2 months while they do their "investigation" and just have my money sitting in an account I can't touch. It's no wonder anytime I'm in there, there's other people complaining of fraudulent charges and trying to close out their accounts. It's a very insecure bank that will lose your money and expect you to just be OK with it.

Probably one of the worst banks in cleveland. Particularly this branch. Very unfriendly customer service. Rude teller and manager.

Teller was not the friendliest. No smile, no asking how your days going, very cold and dry personality. Needs training in basic customer service skills.

Horrible customer service, especially from Hannah Daniel, the branch manager. The supposed policies they have in place appear to change at a drop of a hat, and they make you jump through hoops to close an account. Never bank with PNC, and never use this branch unless you enjoy lousy customer service.

Very poor customer service by two bankers especially Leandra. It’s sad nobody wants to do their job anymore and just dismiss people and take shortcuts.

Garbage customer service. They have no clue how to put in a form to have a card mailed. Say they are able to print them at the location but cannot.

I've had great service on the inside and the tellers have been very helpful. The outside is a whole different story. The ATM machine line is just a mess. The parking lot can get very crowded when they are busy. Not exactly a well designed drive-through.
