Worst Storage Unit I have ever had. Every Advertisement or Promotion Offered is FALSE. My Bill has Gone from $126 to $261 to $300. They will tell you when you sign up they can change the Rates ANY TIME THEY WANT. So prepare for them to make it difficult on you. If You complain they cut your Access off to USE the Phone to get in. They offered $1 Storage Lie. One Time Clerk Fee $50 so it's never $1.They have made it so hard on me by doubling my bill and not honoring the promotion. Such a scam I signed up during the promotion but moved in after the labor day promotion so that was the excuse to make me pay full price but let me pay sale price the first month

I think it rediculous that they cut your lock place their lock on when you are a few days late and when you come to pay they then take their lock and tell you to go buy another one. If worse comes to worse i think they should wait until auction day and then cut the lock like everybody else.

Do not rent from them! When I first rented from them she said it was 24 hour service and then gave me a managers number so I could get my sons ashes out. I missed his memorial. EVERYTHING I OWN IS NOW INFESTED WITH ROACHES DO NOT DO IT!!!! I will be seeking legal counsel.

I am grateful for this location. I downsize from a 3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment and needed somewhere i could put my items. This location was convenient and well operated. Christine is ALWAYS very friendly and knowledgeable of the units and the best way to storage my personal items.

I encountered significant difficulties while setting up my online account with Public Storage. When I rented a unit over the phone, the representative incorrectly entered my email address, preventing me from accessing my account. Unfortunately, this error could not be resolved remotely, requiring an in-person visit—an inconvenient process, especially without assurance that staff would be available. This experience has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary delays. I have scheduled an appointment online with another agent and hope the issue will be resolved promptly. Rating one star due to this issue
