“Best realtor ever! Selling a house can be a stressful process. I have worked with a lot of realtors; I was lucky to find Tina Martin. She made me feel completely at ease during the whole process.
As I was searching for the most suitable realtor in my area in Medina county, Tina was referred to me by my HOA management company. It was clear to me during our first meeting that she was very familiar with the area and had the knowledge, experience and most importantly the strong work ethics that I was looking for. Over the next few days, as we continued our introductory conversations, I was amazed at her response time and the professionalism. She provided me with so much data in order to help me come up with the right selling price and she was very thorough in describing the step-by-step process of listing my house from the time we put our house on the market till the closing.
After having done my analysis and interviewing two other realtors, I decided to list my house through Tina. Little did I know that I was not just hiring a realtor, in fact, I was hiring someone who was so dedicated to her job that she would do things above and beyond her share of responsibilities.
