i came in expecting a lot. not what i got. a little after i walked in the store, one of the employees came up behind me and asked if i needed a bag for “all my stuff” (i had one thing in my hand.) i said no, and then she continued following me around the store. i walked back and forth to both sides of the store and wherever i went, she followed. her and another employee kept making pretend conversations, while they were really just spying on me. i don’t know what they thought i was doing. i was just shopping! made me very uncomfortable and i didn’t end up buying anything. very disappointed and will NOT be coming back any time soon

The rudest employees I have ever come across. There is one in particular that makes me feel very uncomfortable. I love Sephora but the employees at this location prevent me from going to shop there.

Sales are good and Tatianawas so helpful . She answered all my questions and helped me find everything I was looking for . Her product knowledge was top notch . She didn’t follow me around or hover either . I definitely recommend .

Didn’t appreciate the workers who lied in my face about a product they had and didn’twant to give or sell it to me. The workers who worked on July 5 at 2:30 pm were rude and not helpful at all

Morgan had exceptional service! I came in looking for the Laneige facial cleanser and they were all out to my disappointment. However, Morgan offered me a sample as well as three other samples of cleansers I’ve been wanting to try! Which I didn’t even know you could sample cleansers. She also let me know I could get it ordered and shipped for free. She was a sweetheart and I really appreciated her help. I’m guessing she must be a supervisor or something. If not that’s what it’s giving….?

I left a review on this place ONCE BEFORE. Im now using a friends account to use another. We were here just looking around shopping and some lady who works here shes older was following us around and acting like we were stealing. Sorry, but we are two working women who would never steal. The first time I felt harassed by a worker and once again I feel the same, she was questioning us as we were leaving. Everyone that works here is so unprofessional and they will absolutely never get my money. Who wants to walk in somewhere and shop around just to feel harassed every time they enter somewhere. You guys absolutely suck. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I wanna start by saying that I was a former sephora employee and never have I been rude to a customer because I live by treat others how you want to be treated. But oh my god. The rudest employees ever, work at this store. I just wanted to return something and just because I didn’t have my receipt they made a huge deal out of it like if I didn’t know it can get done. They started by literally saying what’s up. And I say hey, how are you, I want to return this because it gave me an allergy reaction. And she said without I receipt i can’t help you and you used it so I can’t help. And I said since when? I bought it on Black Friday and only used it ONCE. She was so hostile and rude and someone else came to “help“ without saying a word and I asked them to please do a receipt look up and even that she said umm I don’t think it will work. Like ok, at least try! . Like come on. Be better and do better at hiring people. If they don’t like customer service why be there?

I love having a Sephora so close and I have no bad feelings for the shop itself, but when I came in on 11/12 in the afternoon, one worker in particular was in my space and standing over me when I was trying to look at product and it made me very uncomfortable so I left because I just didn’t feel that was proper retail etiquette. I understand retail and asking if I need help but I did say no because I know a lot, but instead she stood over me. The people I was with wouldn’t even stay in the store with me because they were uncomfortable. I would return again but I honestly might not go in if she is working.

I came to Kohl’s and I was pleasantly surprised that it was a brand new Sephora inside. Very nice and very convenient for the area! I came to pick up an online order and also just look around Sephora to see if there was anything else I wanted. The workers were nice however one in particular made me feel very uncomfortable. I don’t know her name but she was young and Caucasian and she was wearing a Halloween headband. She was nice but she followed me super close everywhere I went and stood and stared while I looked at each product. And had a response about almost every product I picked up. I couldn’t really look at the products and read the details because of her chiming in. While I understand how retail sales work and etc you need to know proper etiquette for respecting your customers and their shopping experience. We come to spend money not be policed. Honestly I may not pay the store a visit again if this is how customers are treated and unfortunately because I felt so uncomfortable with her I left and didn’t buy much. I did buy a couple of things. But I think management needs to speak to her about people’s personal space and allowing people to ACTUALLY shop and have a nice SHOPPING experience. The next customer may not be as nice as I was…..thanks. 10-29-22

Worse customer service after the second time being treated like this I will not spend my money here
