Update, I appreciate the response but not a auto response telling me to log into a website. This says it is from the owner, this is your responsibility not mine. Good luck. I just buy gas decent pricing but I can never get a receipt at the pump says see cashier. He tells me to call shell to get the pump receipt fixed still broken after a year what is the point of paying at the pump if you need to go in everytime. Get it fixed.

Good gas prices, got all your snacks and drinks inside, plenty of working pumps, the staff is nice, what can I say it's a shell gas station, but you know it's one of the better ones... (Results will vary as always) It seems like they also have a service center too as well but I have no experience with that section...

Horrible customer service. I was shocked at how rude the cashier was! Even though this is the closest store to my house, I would rather drive to another place and not be treated so badly. Don't take your bad day out on your customers!

I like the people, but took my car there for a job on the front sub-frame. They did a good job and said I needed more work on my front steering and suspension. The car started making strange sounds. I took some truck tires I had up there and they put those tires on my rims and said the tire has a bead leak. I checked it was a bent core in the valve stem. So, I checked the front end of my car and the front strut was adjusted to make noise adjusted to make noise. Yeah, they were scamming me

I recently moved from the East side to Parma. I really had a great mechanic who was honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I was afraid I wasn’t going to find one on the west side. Z at Shell on York and Pleasant Valley put my fears to rest. He showed me why I wasn’t getting good gas mileage. It was something as simple as a clogged filter. I recommend Z highly.
