One of the best laundry mats I’ve ever been to. The lady who works the counter, Courtney, is always incredibly attentive and helpful. She’s just so sweet and makes the whole experience enjoyable.

Not a horrible place but also not the best could be cleaner. Machines had dried spilled fabric softener running down them and mildew and algae in the gaskets of washing machine doors. Unfortunately I didn't notice until after I had already started the wash cycle. Very upsetting and unhygienic.

Machines are always working well and efficiently. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Each visit, so far, no waiting for a machine or two to use.

We are not from here but my husband had an LVAD, bypass, reconstructive surgery a month ago. We were blessed to find a place to live while here but when he was released two Saturdays ago, I had 2 months of clothes to do. I tried doing them here but the washer and dryers are on floors 2 thru 6 and they are coin laundry machines and only one set on each floor. My attempt to do our laundry was extremely stressful. So I decided to try a Laundromat where I could see if they could do it because I can't leave him for long periods. I found this laundry mat and I called. The lady working there was extremely nice and as I dropped it off clarified what I wanted because my husband's towels and wash clothes have to be separate from everything else. When I went to pick it up I was shocked I had 84lbs of laundry but again the lady was super kind and nice and talking about her plans for the day.
Sounds odd but when you are 7 hours from your home and have no one to talk to other than Drs and nurses it's nice to have a normal conversation with someone.
She helped me with getting the 7 bags of now clean and folded laundry to the truck and was just amazing. I know a long review but it was truly a wonderful and meaningful experience. It was my first time having to have someone else do my laundry. I would definitely recommend. It's not a huge place but appeared very clean and she was wonderful. I wish her all the best and recommend this laundry mat!

Loved this place for a while. The lady tonight with short gray hair and glasses is very rude. Throwing a fit that she can’t close early because we came in. Then yelled she won’t refund any money again if my kids chips get stuck. Not friendly at all.
