Very unprofessional location went in for warranty exchange and the guy said they were unavailable to order had to call customer service for help went to another location in parma and the young lady helped me out and placed an order for my warranty screen replacement just didn't seem interested in his job... 0 stars if possible

Rachel and Ramon were amazing!!!! My phone was off for a fed days and they were wagered to assist me quickly. They’re very efficient and professional! Thanks again!! I highly recommend this location!!

Read the reviews and was a little skeptical, but my experience here was perfectly fine. David was polite and answered any questions I had, which I had many lol, and I got out in a timely manner. <3

Elijah was horrible! I went in to get an ultra watch for my husband asked for pricing he went all the way through with it for him not to tell me that he activated a line. Only reason I knew was because as I was walking out I got a text saying my new line of service was activated. I told him he needs to remove the line he said he can’t I have to call when it’s literally his job to. So I called care got the service line removed and found out he 100% could call RSL to get the line removed. They also said he could have called to see if I had limit left to even finance another item! I 100% will make sure I follow up with care about the ticket I put on Elijah I 100% do not recommend stopping at this location. Oh also the assistant manager was sitting right there listing to the conversation and didn’t say a word

I came in here for a problem. It was still unresolved when I left you all act like you want to sell phones And oh well for the customer when they need something. I will not go back to this store. I will go to another.

Been a customer for over 10 years and worst customer service. After being on the phone with tmoble for over 3 hours for an issue. I was told to go to a local store and have the store call customer. Once I walked in I explained to a worker named David what was going on and I was told to go up there. Off the back idk you call them. So I called them after an hour on the phone they wanted me to to things I wasn't familiar with I asked David if he could help me with a smart remark he said you can't do that. Seriously your there to help customers!!!! Than after doing what they wanted done issue wasn't resolved I told him what I needed he tells me why do you want that. Seriously why does it matter why I need it or want it. It seems like it was a bother him helping. He was more focused being on his phone than. Worst customer service ever.!!!!

I came in to have them take a look at my phone and from top to bottom the lanky earring employee was being rude. From ignoring to talk gossip to attitude for him doin what he's paid to do.

The people were very friendly and helpful in getting me set up with a home internet. After installing the home internet, I found that the reception was very good and the megabytes per second were enough for what I needed without any pixelating on my screen at all.

August 30 morning around 10: 30 , I went to fix the camera in five second the employee young age has gold breaded hair , he said buy new phone , any thing I can help you , was rude, I left , then I called T.moble customer service they fixed it to me . Thanks,This is bad employees for T.moble company.Never go back again,This is was T.Moble on brookpark road Cleveland ohio
