Some Idiot guy jumps in to defend the evil broad!!! Get a clue store manager look at all your Bad reviews!!

Avoid this T mobile store at all costs..they give you wrong information..do nothing to help you with defective merchandise they sell you..they scream at you..and you will be out beaucoup bucks..the store from the Pitts of hell.

First time going to an “actual” T-Mobile store instead of the “3rd Party” T-Mobile store that I had been to many times previously with no issue. This store on Ridgewood has the worst staff and definitely lacking in customer service and basic human interaction skills. I’ll never go back.

I bean a T Mobil customer for almost 10 years, This store is the worst place to go if you have any issue with your phone. Better of calling the 611 number. All they want is to sale you a new phone every time I go there they never help, the way they resolve problem is sailing you a new phone. I have call 611 many times they are the way to go. Don't recommend this place at all sorry.

Unbelievably rude here. Just go to another location, or call customer service. I'm not sure why they're not able to help with any questions, was just told they can't.Maybe they just sell accessories here?Maybe I was there during the "How not to treat anyone ever" training hour? Who knows.They certainly don't.

I never had issues with T-Mobile or the Reps from the store before . But last visit was not pleasant at all. We were buying first phone for our son and we also already have 5 lines and 2 watches on our plan. The lady who helped us was not very helpful. We asked her to help us set up his phone and show us how to set up parental restrictions. She said I can do it on my own at home. Wow. Then I asked her to see why my watch is not recovering calls. She told me to call customer service.. we were shocked. She pretty much rushed us out of the door. Won’t be back to that store.

I went in to upgrade my iPhone. The employees were really nice and very helpful. I didn't catch the girls name that was helping me but she was very patient and helped me transfer my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. It took forever (lots of crap on my old phone) I left and went to the store really quick and came back and just hung out with the employees until my phone decided it was done haha then she helped me to set my new phone up and made sure it was working before I left. The store gets a lot of people but they were pretty much in and out quickly.

I came in to the store this week and picked up my replacement phone. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Aaliyah. She was really nice and extremely helpful. She made the experience super easy!! She was quick and proficient and answered all of my questions I had. Great service, thank you again!!

We went to The Shoppes at Parma store and the crowd of customers inside was disorganized and the individual that kept saying he was logging in customers .... was not ... and as a result people coming into the store barged in ahead of others like ourselves who had been waiting over a half an hour. We already had been on a waiting list online and were finally confirmed as eligible. We tried showing the email to this individual but he refused and when we finally got to speak about our internet needs he again put us through another qualification process with all our personal information. There was absolutely no literature on the configuration of the T-Mobile internet modem/router or at least none was offered. Two simple questions could have been answered at the door how many Ethernet ports and will this modem handle VOIP? We left. The night before I had attempted to order internet over the phone and was finally connected with an overseas Indian sounding "customer service" girl that I could not understand. She sounded high on the phone. I finally ended the call and decided to visit a store in person. That visit was a disaster. Shame that Verizon was not in our part of the city as they offered 5G "delivering up to 20 Gigabits-per-second (Gbps) peak data rates and 100+ Megabits-per-second". And why would not the modem handle VOIP ... its just data. Even our 25 Megabits-per-second AT&T Uverse modem handles our VOIP modem data with absolutely no issues. Here's the thing ... Verizon's cell internet modem/router does handle VOIP.

I received GREAT pre-sales support from Mia, and GREAT sales support from Dave, on my purchase of an iPhone 14 Plus. Mia was also FANTASTIC with after-sales support and with after-sales service. The icing on the cake was Daniel, an OUTSTANDING manager at the store. All three of these folks are AMAZING ambassadors for T-Mobile, and I am a very satisfied customer as a result!

Frank was outstanding went above and beyond for us !!!!!! I've had issues with this location in the past and was hesitant on stopping however I'm glad we did. I wish I could give more than 5 stars THANK YOU

Really rough week. Phone started not permitting calls. Came in and worked with Frank. Super patient, understanding and considerate. Helped me with my phone and had me out in less than 10 minutes. Will be returning to this location in the future to work with Frank specifically.
