I'm giving five stars because my car didn't turn on again after getting the oil changed turned out my battery was bad. They tested, charged and finally jumped my car to get me back on the road all without my asking. I really appreciate that they took care of it so well.
I would like the oil mileage and associated prices to be better explained or understood by staff in the future. My manufacturer's recommendation for my car is several thousands of miles different than what is recommended for the exact same oil by the oil change company. I do not appreciate those kinds of discrepancies. When discussing the differences with staff before getting the service, I was told that one is heavier and has more additives which does not explain a difference in the two oils that have the exact same number from the manufacturer being different prices. You can call one premium, but there doesn't seem to actually be a difference that you can actually explain in store. If I were to buy that oil I would go by the number of it and not some arbitrary metric like weight which was never mentioned previous. Still appreciated the great and fast service.
