On February 20th I tried to return items that the wife decided she didn't want. I ran back up to this target and the black man at the return desk was completely disrespectful. He was getting mad that I wanted to return 2 small items. He tried telling me that I didn't buy the items there and he didn't want to do the return. But I had the receipt to prove that I bought them there, I have never seen anything like this situation. I spoke to a team lead before I left about it because it was so bizarre.

Terrible experience. There was a dog in the store and it was not a support animal. I am extremely allergic to cats and dogs as I stop breathing. Once you allow pets in the store I can never return. The dander stays in the store forever. Plus it makes the store smell like dog when people are buying food. Disgusting. Do better.

Can you do something about your phones?? Seriously been calling every department to get a hold of anyone because my fiance lost her wallet there. No one will answer or it hangs up and it's a 40 minute drive for us. Can someone do something?!

They answered the phone and put it down. I said, "Hello?" for about 5- 7 minutes, Then, they MUTED me! 😮
I am NOT shopping at a joint that is so impolite that they cannot bother to tell me they're busy!!! 😡
Giant Eagle Customer Service answered and THEY carry what I need!!! Annette was NICE!!!

This store is an absolute disaster. There are clothes everywhere and everything is a mess. Nothing is organized and I never see anyone doing any actual work there.

This Target location specifically likes to act like their oppressed. The lack of organization for picking up orders, the blatant lack of customer service and the disgusting nature of the store is actually insane. I have been to Target locations in much poorer areas that have a better experience. Don’t expect to receive your item within 2 hours if you order on the app. Heck, don’t even bother shopping in person here.

They marked 3 of my pickup order items as out of stock so I went in to get replacements because it happened again even when I chose replacements and all 3 of the original items I chose were on the shelves. They were small items so I'm guessing it was just a hassle to them

Hey guys, this was my very first time at this location. I only went in because I had to use the bathroom extremely bad however I needed a few items and so I went shopping for them. My son needed some rice water for his hair. He found that at an affordable price and I came across some other items that I didn’t go for, but couldn’t pass up like the table lamp that was on sale for less than five dollars and the cute straw toppers. The bathroom was really clean. The store was clean. There was an employee that helped us find what we were looking for she was extremely nice! The lines were not long and checkout was a breeze. If ever in that area again, I would visit that target… again.

I did a pickup order yesterday and am missing a few items. I tried calling the guest service desk several times to see if they just forgot to give them to me but the number just rings and rings and then hangs up. The plus is that normally when I do a pickup order it’s ready very fast.
