I recently went to withdrawal money from the drive-thru ATM..it never gave me my cash but CHARGED me..said it was a machine error..so I went inside and asked for my money only to be told they can't do that..I had to make another withdrawal..I was told by one teller that it probably didn't make the withdrawal and check the account..I checked my account and it was withdrawn..so I had to file a DISPUTE which takes 10 business days (14 total) to get my money back!..ATM's are contracted out so the bank can wash their hands of these DISPUTES! They treat YOU like a criminal!..This Snow rd branch knows they have issues with these machines but nothing changes..I am a platinum customer in good standing but treated 2nd class..now I'll be driving 15 minutes+ to do my banking because I will not be going back there and neither should anyone else!

I’m giving this branch four stars with a mixed heart. My father banks at this branch and is 88 yrs old. Last week he went in because he was the victim of a phone scam. He tried to withdraw $5000 Cash from his account, and the teller would not allow it, and after she questioned him further, she told him it was a scam. So I do appreciate the training that these tellers have received about older people being scammed. I have had dealings with this branch and bank in the past couple years in regards to my dad’s account, and those experiences has been less than helpful at those times. But for this particular transaction that my dad was denied, I am most grateful. Thank you.

Hiring more people every time I go here I have to wait hours. I go here for my work deposit and everytime I have to wait hours. Also the one teller is always in a bad mood.

I have to go to this location to drop off deposits for a business. I go through the drive through because it's an option, and gaurenteed I will sit there for 20 minutes before even being greeted. If a second car pulls up while I'm waiting, I'm more likely to be served second. Absolutely terrible wait time, it makes no sense. And I will pull in when there's barely any cars in the parking lot, so there can't be that many people inside to not even be greeted and asked to wait.

2.4 rating was earned! Teller (Cayla Williams) on a personal call. Told us about it at the desk. Told us we’d have to wait when the call picked up again because she was on hold. Didn’t know how to do wire transfer and and she lied about what she told my dad on the phone and frankly, who wouldn’t be angry when the institution you allow the privilege of using your money lies to you. This was an outrage. Disgusting. They should also refrain from calling people names.They are “employee first, customer last” as you may not finish what you are saying because they need to tell you that they made you come to the branch today for nothing. Simply because they misled you on the phone earlier.

US Bank is a multi billion corporation but can't afford to update computers for their staff. The PCs keep crashing, thus the wait time is ridiculous. US Bank: you have too much strong competition out there to be delivering such poor service.I have since pulled out most of my cash from there.

If you want to go to an ATM that you deposit cash into, the machine starts to make a bunch of weird noises, and than gives you an error message without depositing the money into your account come here!

They froze my account then closed it with $895 in it claim I had nothing in it they owe me $895 dollars but when I called the main number they hung up on me I will not recommend doing businesses with u.s bank anywhere.
