Very rude I asked for a butterfly draw and she told me they were for the children so she went ahead and stuck me with a regular needle and of course she didn't hit the vein and then she wanted to see my other arm I told her unless she was gonna do a butterfly draw I don't want her doing it So she went and got somebody else and they wanted to see my arms and I told him unless you're gonna do a butterfly draw I don't want it She told me it was the same needle obviously they are not very rude

Please note: HOURS ON GOOGLE ARE WRONG!! This is NOT the staffs fault! Check the UH site for the actual hours!!!Went to this location today to have blood work done. Staff was professional and friendly. I was able to walk in, have my blood work done and leave within 15 minutes. Experience was quick and easy.

***WARNING*** this lab doe not offer UH LABORATORY SERVICE FOUNDATION pricing meaning the same test will probably cost you 3/4 more then other UH locations. If you are elderly watch out because your medicare b plan will only cover so far with 80%

Horrible - rude and nasty - couldn't find a lab order that was sent 4 days ago..Sadly this is the only lab in the area..Very unprofessional and would not recommend.......

Went for blood work today got there stood outside the door with this nice old lady and when it opened I told her she can be first well this guy comes in after us and try’s to take the sign in sheet and pen from this lady and pushed her out of the way so I get it his face and tell him she is first and he said no I am first I have been waiting in my car since 5:50 I told him that I was first in line at the door just because you get to the parking lot and sit in your car doesn’t mean when the place opens you get to be first in line I was so mad when he pushed this old lady out of the way there were 5 other men if you want to call them men there and I was the only one who stop that guy from bullying that lady I got right in his face I didn’t care that he was a real big guy you do not I mean NOT put your has on a woman if front of me I will defend the lady

This is the worst outpatient I have ever been to. I refuse to come back here. The wait time is horrible and they apparently lost my script for my bloodwork in my one visit so i was sitting there forever until I said something and the answer was that sometimes the printers don't print and the info just doesn't send to the nurses. Unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

The hours are wrong online and if you call they give you the wrong hours too. The only way to know what time they're actually open is to go in and ask for the hours. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Website says it closes at 6:30pm. Get there at 5:00pm, walk in the building. Not a single person inside, except me, so I walk up to the reception desk. There, on the desk, is a printed piece of paper saying they close at 4:00pm on Friday. How can someone just walk right in, at a building that closed an hour earlier. Called UH, and was told that if noone was there, go to main hospital to get lab work done..... WRONG AGAIN. That is only for inpatient.

After multiple visits - Wait times are excessive (about an hour) and most of the workers behind the counter who, I guess, register you take their good ole time and have the personality of a doorknob. You can go to the UH lab in Westlake, about two fewer patients in the waiting room, and be out in 15 or 20 minutes.
