I wanted to give a huge shoutout to my eyebrow girl, Mona! She's always done such an awesome job and made me feel my best after, my brow service! I walk out feeling like a new woman everytime haha! I've been coming here for the past few years and absolutely love it & have had nothing but great service!

came in today around 1:55, i was looking for something to make my eyebrow makeup stop running, im not too much into makeup so i definitely needed some help. I went to the makeup artist who was there because i seen she wasn’t doing anything and i nicely asked her “Hey could i have some help please? i have a question” she looked at me up and down and said what so rudely i was so confused i kind of paused i started stumbling my words because it was so simple yet so disgusting, i proceeded to ask if she could give me any recommendations for something with my eyebrow makeup and she just looked so disgusted by me walked me to the morphe setting powder said use it and walked away. ive never been treated like this and ive been coming here since i was 16 years old. i dont know if it was a race thing or if she was truly just disgusted looking at me but the interaction truly hurt my feelings. i will never be back to this location. if helping people makes you upset why be at a job where youre suppose to help women feel beautiful. truly sickening and never plan on coming back.

I’ve been to every cosmetics/beauty/specialty store and counter in our town. THIS one beats them all! Why? Their associates always find a way to go the extra mile for their customers. I’ve had associates direct me to not only the products I requested, but also alternatives that proved to be superior. These employees are knowledgable about product ingredients and usage, so I assume that their training is far beyond what the staff at other establishments receives. The atmosphere within the store is friendly and concerned, but there is never pressure to buy, which I appreciate. Furthermore, if a purchase somehow doesn’t work, returns are easy and the process for obtaining a refund is seamless. I sincerely appreciate the selection, the sales associates on the floor, and the management at this particular store. Note that I live quite a distance away from Parma, and I have many options, but I’d rather take my business to this particular store.

Called multiple locations that were sold out of a
Product I was looking for, then I called this location and spoke with Sofia. She was very pleasant. The customer service when I went to pickup my purchase was great as well. Sofia keep up the great customer service/experience!

Lady in the expensive area was off-putting when I asked for help for foundation, but didn’t want a cakey look (in hindsight, I didn’t want my makeup to look like hers). She told me my problem was that I don’t moisturize (like she was going to sell me a bunch of moisturizer) and told me to look in a different area because her area was out of my price range.
A different associate was super helpful with finding what I needed, while the other lady yelled across the store that her foundation was on sale tomorrow.
I’ll go back but will avoid that lady.

Literally have been putting off coming to a makeup store for almost two years because of the dread of trying to get color matched for a foundation and concealer.
I had the absolute pleasure of getting to work with Biljana and she not only had an amazing personality, she also color matched me first try for each product I needed. Insane.
I am now switching over from Sephora to Ulta, just becuase of this experience. Thank you again Biljana, I appreciate you so much 😭💖✨️

We drove all the way from Crocker Park to Parma Ulta for an item. Upon arriving i was informed the order was cancelled. I was not happy at all. However Lauren the manager was very accommodating and resoved the issue immediately. Definitely made me a long-term customer.

I normally don’t leave Google Reviews but I will say this is genuinely the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I showed a photo of a short, layered male haircut (longer on the top, shorter on the bottom) and walked out with an ACTUAL BUZZCUT that I DID NOT ask for. Rather than being shown the length WITH A MIRROR as my hair was being clipped from the back, they asked me to “feel it.” When I told them they had cut my hair too short, they said, “I’m sorry,” and proceeded to give me the most botched buzzcut I’ve ever seen. Not only did they not give me what I asked for, but they messed up one of the simplest haircuts known to man. You’re better off getting a haircut by a blindfolded toddler.

Used to be a good place to shop, but not anymore. Had to return a mechanical eyebrow pencil that I bought and got home with to find out that it was missing the eyebrow pencil completely. The woman at the register was rude and lacked customer service skills. YOU HAVE 1 JOB AT THAT IS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DO IT WITH A SMILE! I guess they are just hiring warm bodies with no brains now.

my partner and i both had our hair cut by mortis and they did a wonderful job! i wanted something pretty specific and with help from lizzie on the clipper parts, they made my hair look great. my partner loves their haircut and the tinsel that mortis installed as well! we’ll both definitely be back to see them.
