Greeted at door by a rep...genuinely helpful? we were able to find most products in stock...even the "trendy" Drunk Elephant" line. Great selection and walked out with a hull of products including a wonderful smelling watermelon hand sanitizer???

Yesterday was my third time coming to this Ulta location and it’s literally been the same experience all three times! Walked through the door and said “hello” but no one spoke back, I walked in circles looking for a particular perfume and no one asked me if I needed help or was looking for a certain item even though I locked eyes with associates as they walked past me!! The atmosphere is not a “comfortable/friendly” it’s more like a “get what you need and get the hell out”!! This has happened ALL THREE TIMES that I’ve shopped at this location. Maybe your experience is or could be different from mine, maybe it’ll be be a better experience for you if you have the right skin complexion.. Idk but I won’t be shopping at this location in particular ever again. If it bothers/irritates you to be courteous to your customers then DON’T work in retail.

I was having such a hard time finding the right makeup and coverage, until I met Francesca at Ulta. What a great person. I left happier than I ever expected. I will always go back to this location. I'm so very greatful.

Do not schedule with the salon. I had an appointment on a Wednesday which was canceled last minute and then rescheduled for Saturday. That rescheduled appointment was then canceled that day because the stylist couldn’t make it to the salon. I called the salon with 10-15 mins of getting the text from the stylist that she couldn’t make it. When I called the salon to see if anyone else could fit me in, the stylist that was supposed to do my hair, who was supposedly stuck at home, answered. If you don’t want appointments, don’t let people schedule them with you online and certainly don’t lie to get out of an existing appointment.

I bought something (with cash) I needed to return and the information I had to give for the refund was ridiculous… and the manager was not customer friendly… I don’t think I would ever shop at Ulta again.

Very nice and clean experience. The store was very well put together and presented nicely. The staff were also helpful and friendly. I was helped by associate Keya to find exactly the right castor oil product when it was ringing up differently than expected, which really made the process better! Definitely will continue coming to this Ulta!

Asked if they could price match with their online sale because the counts were off. Online it stated 2 and in store they had 3 which I needed 3. They said because it was on sale I could only get a “certain limit” which is why it was only allowing two. Even though It stated online that there was only two available. They proceeded to tell me that I would have to do two separate online orders in order to get the 3 (although it only showed 2 in stock online). They ended up holding my items for the online order. As I did my online order for the two that showed in stock I received an email that my order was cancelled because they were “sold out”. I went back to the store and they had my items up front.. I ended up having to purchase them at full price after 1) they recommended I do an online order to get the sale price 2) they said they would hold my items for the online order.

I came here to get my roots done, the girl that’s in my hair was really friendly and reasoned with me on the price, was very happy with the way my hair came out and will be coming back !

The store is pleasant and inviting but the "customer service" phone call to corporate was ridiculous. The Rep told me to go back and the store could do something for me. I called and they can't. I don't appreciate the run around.

Hair Stlyist Jamie is truly gifted! She is 100% what her title is, a Master Stylist! She did an incredible job today at bringing my hair back to normal! She matched my color perfectly, balanced out my highlights & did an outstanding haircut! I had a previous color & highlight job gone wrong..... I am so thankful for Ulta Beauty! Jamie was just dear & is a true professional!

I went shopping here with my mother a few days ago and was helped out by Jenna. My mother needed essentially a whole new makeup collection, and even with a limited budget, Jenna was able to help her out and find us everything we needed. She was very patient and understanding, especially considering the staff was quite short that day. I hope management takes this review into consideration :)
