The auto wash is just so so. $13 for an economy wash is a bit high for a less than stellar wash. I would probably not return.

I go to this wash often because everything works very well, it’s clean and well maintained. I like to wash my own car so the self service wash is perfect for me. I will say the self service wash might come off pricey for some. It’s $25 total for me whenever I go. I will say that price is worth it for me because my car looks amazing after, as if it was detailed. The wash holds up very well too. If you wash quick meaning one round on the timer I believe it’s about $10. Make sure you hit the botton on the reader if you’re done before the timer runs out to stop the machine from charging. I’ve only ever used card here so I’m not sure what the price and timer is if you use quarters.

I've been going there now a couple of weeks with no issues. I think cost isn't overboard and have choice automatic or self wash quite easily. I don't find it to pricey but fair and get nice shine to my older model car. Only thing I will add for us seniors to be aware of; the water pressure is very, strong on high pressure wash if your using the hose to do it yourself. Just be aware of that in case it's to much for you or just go through automatic side. Works great either way. I prefer self so can do good scrub with soapy brush on areas that need it. Hope that helps.

Quick and easy. Some instructions regarding credit card are contradictory. Need to hit button on card reader to stop timer and charging.

This is the best car wash in the area... period...
There are both auto and self service washes... Auto is fine if you're in a hurry or can't physically wash your car... but, the self service wash does an excellent job... your car will look better than it ever has using an auto wash... worth the drive... give it a try!

I want to wash my car... bank took $10 out which was totally fine... woke up this morning the car wash took $25 more dollars out for no reason.... the $10 was enough... technically it only should have been $5.50 that's what it showed on the screen when I was done... not cool not cool I ain't going back there that's for sure

I only use the self service bays, I wash my car in about 10-15 mins or so. It costs me $12. Sometimes the nozzles don't spray the product right away so I have to press STOP and try again. I never use the vacuums because I know somewhere else has FREE vacuums. Overall it's a good place to go to if you prefer to wash cars yourself. I wish they did subscriptions or something, I go here at least 3 times a month depending on the weather.

Just got ripped off at this car wash. Had 2.75 in quarters cause I thought that was the minimum. It was 3.75 for a 4 minute minimum and don't give change. I put my card in for the rest. Ran it for 4 minutes 30 seconds and it said will charge my card $5.00. Charged my card $10.00 plus the $2.75 in quarters. It's a nameless, faceless place to not get my money back, so I might as well make it worth it to never go back and tell everyone else to not get ripped off here. There's a thousand car washes in parma, avoid this scam.

I come here all the time for the self service wash which is a bit on the pricy side but its close to home so its convenient. Had a special event today so i doubled up and decided to take it through the automatic after the self service and get the best wash they offered.....what a waste of money.
Hoses were shooting water and soap twords the ceiling from where im guessing it shouldn't have been coming from and afyer paying $7 in the self service, $18 for the automatic, i had to go back to the self service and pay another $3.75 to get all the soap off my truck that was there when i pulled out of the automatic wash. This kind of service is a rip off, yall need to do better!! I wont be coming back here.
