Take a package in an have it scanned in to still have it come up missing. IS IT NOT A FEDERAL OFFENSE TO TAMPER WITH THE MAIL THIS FACILITY NEEDS INVESTIGATED

Everyone except Jim has been great at this location. He refused to ship a package because it was "too small". Not only have I been shipping the same package through usps for years, I shipped one from this location last week, and the week before. I've honestly never been treated like this in a post office and won't be coming back to this one.

This is the tiniest post office lobby ever and a tiny parking lot to match. Not much room. The woman at the counter was super sweet and helpful.

This has to be the worst post office ever mainly due to one person: Jim. Jim is the only older guy who works there. I am at this post office every single day and constantly have to deal with Jim who is absolutely so miserable. He locks the doors before the stated closing time, in your face. I have witnessed him constantly harass the customers here so much that they claim they will never come back. This guy has made me overpay on my letter envelopes claiming they are “PaCKaGeS” just because they were a little thicker than 1 sheet of paper. You will have to wait in line for maybe 20-30 mins no matter what time of the day as JIM seems to be the only worker who moves at the speed of a 90yr old turtle. I am extremely dissatisfied with this establishment mainly due to the fact they will shut the doors PRIOR to the stated closing time. That is not how an official business is to be ran. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

This Post Office is the worst. I work from home and so often my packages are marked undelivered because they couldn’t access or the business was closed. This is a residential location not a business for one and if you ring the buzzer I’ll let you in. No reason I have to submit a form and chase down my packages and then be asked if I enjoy filling out forms by the dude that calls me. Like do your job right and I wouldn’t have to bother you with my forms.

If I could give a 0, I would! The SUPERVISOR refused to even hear my question, he kept cutting me off and saying the same thing over and over. He needs to retire! And when I called to clarify what I should be doing with the package, he was wrong so I went somewhere else and had no problem!

Very conveniently located in an area that has a lot of shopping. Easy to access inside to drop letters off in the box inside.

So far, I haven't had any bad days coming here and even with 2 people at the front its pretty quick. Overall, I don't know if they need more help or not but the ladies were kind to me this past weekend as I forgot to do some of my own shipping requirements at home but they helped me and took me as soon as possible afterwards. Explained some information to me, easy as pie. Also followed up if I wanted the stamps and cards, etc.My first time here was late 2021 and it was also pretty empty inside and quick. So both of my trips were simple. Overall, the service wasn't bad for me.

Everytime I go here, maybe twice a year, I am reminded of why I dont. The same slow dude has been there for over 15 years and has not gotten any better at basic job tasks like keying in addresses. Hes also condescending when you ask questions.They dont even give you tape for labels. Everything about the place is awful. Lines out the door, slow processes, waiting so you can be told to wait some more and fill out a form that wasnt out on the counters.Total dump. Just use online shipping and let this place disappear

This is the worst customer service I've ever recieved by none other than the older man I believe named Jim who is mentioned in all these bad reviews. I had to go to this location since the other one I went to was temporarily closed. Being someone who has worked in customer service for years, I've always been kind and empathetic but was met with interrupting me when I spoke even though he was asking me questions and aggressive behavior. When he asked if I wanted tracking, insurance, etc. I responded saying no thank you, just the tracking that's on the receipt (this is an international package which I'm familiar with the process for it) To which he interrupts and says there is NO tracking unless I want to pay for it. This confuses me but I just want to ship it at this point so I decline. He also questioned me twice on what I was sending, cause apparently a scary apron and cup gives him right to question me otherwise. He tried to insinuate I had somehow took the box there and packaged everything right then and there, and was buying it there. I told him I bought it from the snow rd location. He told me it was not stamped with the dated seal, but it was. I could clearly see it on there but it was faded. Trying to nicely tell him that, he decided to cut me off and talk down to me that it wasn't. I think this guy just likes to pick arguments with people and gets his power trip over it. And he continues to get away with it because USPS clearly as we all can see, does NOTHING about his abuse. Glad to not go back there again! Run and go elsewhere

We should just do away with USPS or sell it to a private company so it can be run correctly.
