Specifically, Jason in the parts dept. And I'm not even a regular customer! Valley Freightliner and Western Star reallu take care of any potential customer! They're the greatest. And Jason exemplifies this!I had an oops in my truck, and Jason was incredibly helpful and so compassionate that he got me the lowest prices on a few parts.Ultimately, my boss wanted to inspect the damage before I could fix it, so i couldn't take Jason up on his lowest price offer. I wish I could and if I'm even in need in the Ohio Valley again, I definitely know where I'm going!

Joe treated me like I was a high status client of his even though it was only my 2nd time doing business with Valley! He was quick, efficient, friendly, and enthusiastic.

DON'T RECOMMEND!!! OVERCHARGING AND NO PARKING FOR SEMI TRUCK IF YOU CAME JUST TO PICK UP PARTS.THEY ARE LYING WHEN THEY SAY PRICES FOR PARTS OVER THE PHONE!!! ONCE YOU GET THERE THEY SAY ANOTHER PRICES!!! ALSO THEY NEVER MENTIONE BUT THEY DO CHARGE 2.5% IF YOU USE CREDIT CARD. CROOCKS!!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THEM!!!

Was towed here, but because of staffing issues, truck couldn't be fixed for at least a week. Wasn't able to stay with truck. Towed again to another dealer that got me in same day and fixed.

We needed a part for a customer's truck. I called Valley Freightliner. They had the part and we picked it up the next day. Customer was very happy. Valley Freightliners parts department are very good at what they do.

You can not reach no one on Saturday at parts department, they pick up phone, put you on hold and after 30 minutes hold time just hang up, did that for 2 times.

Truck Sales will play all kinds of games and make all kinds of promises and deliver nothing at the end. I've wasted so much time and money trying to buy a truck and at the very last minute when I was supposed to sign the paperwork and get the truck, the deal fell through for no clear reason. On the day I was supposed to pickup the truck! The salesman kept saying "give me sometime" and I will get you the truck but he wouldn't tell me how much time he needed. I was to wait indefinitely, I guess, to get the damn truck. Awful experience. Stay away from this place!!

I dropped of my truck on NOV 17 to get fixed my trucks fuel pump the told me my truck have warranty they will fixed for me once they got the parts , after waiting for months they said still we are waiting for part . Then I bought the parts from another dealership bring it to them told them please fix my truck this is the part , then they said ok we will fix . Today is January 2 still my truck is not fixed . Not good place to get your truck fixed, very bad management.
