Went there today. Was pretty sure I was buying the iPhone pro 14 max. The larger version. Around 34 bucks a month. Guy hands me my phone because I wasn’t paying 30 bucks for Verizon to transfer and set up. I broke the seal on my phone box, which mind you is 50 restock fee. They gave me the wrong phone I hit the smaller version tge iPhone pro 14. Literally had a discussion about how the bigger screen and stuff was better for my business. Thanks Verizon, retrain your staffing. I don’t want an Apple Watch I want correct service.
