$100 overcharge for product price, still insist of a $50 charge to return the product after THEY opened it. And refuse to return cash payments.
Left waiting for an hour without being greeted. Finally stopped one that walked past for the 20th time.
Corporate location, not recommended.
Instead go to Non-corporate location straight north of this one, as it has the best service agents out of 4 locations we went to.

None of the stores responses to the reviews are actually helpful or good. Their store number is 440.886.5461, they wont answer but you can try. I need a receipt from 2 years ago and Im not trying to drive in there for them to tell me only Karen the GM can pull it or some obnoxious answer, waste of my time. There's no reason verizon CS cant reach this store AND as a customer I also CANT REACH THIS STORE. Dont buy sht from here, go to a REAL RETAIL Verizon, spare yourself the headache.

I did not experience a long wait like other reviews mention. I can't remember their names but I received excellent customer service from the Manager and one of the employees.She helped me with returning my internet Box. And the man even found a box for me & packed it up! I highly appreciate them.after the horrible experience i had at the Verizon on ridge rd. Wish I would have came to this location first. 5 stars

Made us wait 2 hours to get helped, skipped twice and didn’t even help us. If you want helped go to a different Verizon !

Came here to get things situated that was supposed to already be situated but it wasn’t waited over a hour and a half to be help then they skipped me with two other customers who arrived way later I have my two kids with me and they are starting to get tired and antsy wouldn’t suggest coming here if you actually want to be helped

Shout out to Jay at Day drive location that helped me return a 5g wireless box after i had no luck with the main number. He was super pleasant and professional best customer service experience that I've had in a long time. Promote this man!

Sitting here now for 20 minutes and I believe the person who helped me before is stalling so they don't have to help again. Verizon is terrible but no other better options.

What's the point of this store and who's is running this? There's 8 associates waiting around doing nothing. I walk in to get in upgrade and get told we'll have to wait in a line when there's no other customer in the store. We wait 5 min and associates are talking chilling on their phone but nobody helped up. So we walked out this store is terrible

This location was amazing. As soon as I came in I was greeted and placed in line. Waited 5 minutes to be helped by associate AJ who was so patient. I came to transfer a phone but we had to update. I was there a few hours. When problems occurred no issues were had when we had to call corporate for overrides. Thankful for AJ and the management for assisting with my needs. I'm not a technology girlie so it's very appreciated.

The manager and the staff should be fired immediately. You can see how bad the manager is by the culture she is building. I have been with Verizon for 25 years. Never before have I seen a store this badly run. Must be an absentee owner for this location. Staff members are incompetent to the worse level. Hey Verizon, can you hear me now?
