This location was amazing. As soon as I came in I was greeted and placed in line. Waited 5 minutes to be helped by associate AJ who was so patient. I came to transfer a phone but we had to update. I was there a few hours. When problems occurred no issues were had when we had to call corporate for overrides. Thankful for AJ and the management for assisting with my needs. I'm not a technology girlie so it's very appreciated.

The manager and the staff should be fired immediately. You can see how bad the manager is by the culture she is building. I have been with Verizon for 25 years. Never before have I seen a store this badly run. Must be an absentee owner for this location. Staff members are incompetent to the worse level. Hey Verizon, can you hear me now?

Wanted to say that Nurul is a rizz lord on god all fax no printer. LolHe has been so incredibly nice and helpful throughout our entire phone ordeal. Was super patient with my friend’s dad who was being difficult as well. I just wanted to say we appreciate you for everything and will be exclusively coming to this location for the friendly staff!

The representative knew exactly what to do with the issue presented to her. In just a couple minutes, she cured my phone. Then she explained exactly what she did. Awesome representative!!

I came in for what was supposed to be a warranty claim, I'm handed a piece of paper by an employee and simply told to do it online, he said to follow the instructions on the paper that actually ends up being wrong and takes me down a multi hour goose chase trying to figure it out only to be told on the phone that none of the instructions we're supposed to be for me, thanks to that employee not spending even more than a moment of their time(note they were doing not a damn thing when I came in) when if they'd have just taken their time to listen and think properly there would have been no issues. But sure give me a hand out and waste my time that sounds like the go to move.

Very, very good service. I had to stop in for an issue that could not be solved online. There were quite a few customers in the store when I walked in. Thought I would be there forever, already frustrated with online help. Was in and out in under ten minutes, problem solved. Employees I dealt with were professional, kind and helpful. Will go there first when issues arise. Thank you.

This review isn't about the specific location but rather Verizon service in general. The 5G service is abysmally slow. I used to be able to manually change my phone to 4G which was vastly superior in speed and performance. They since sent an update and I can no longer downgrade to 4G leaving me with only the terribly slow 5G. I'm stuck right now because I'll owe them over $1,500 to leave so I have to wait it out but I'll definitely be leaving at the end of my contract.

Tyall.I switched from verizon to t mobile a few years ago but as of recently, I switched back to verizon and had an issue initially with the phone that I got.I called their customer service and then went into the store and was taking care of as if I was royalty.It's a really nice customer experience.

Terrible service, and I’m easy to please. First off Verizon messed up my account on sign up by putting my middle name as last name in 2013, I’ve upgraded about 6 times since than and never had an issue but now I am just not able to do anything. My birthday was may 1st I’m waiting on an ID from DMV for over a month and have the paper version given by DMV, Verizon rep tells me they can’t upgrade for me or pay off without the name matching my ID. Than tells me they can’t update it in store at all and to call the support number. I call and the lady try’s sending me confirmation emails with a pin but she only keeps spamming me with email verification emails even though my email is verified, she doesn’t know what to do so asks me if the Verizon is a direct location because they can update my name there. I go back inside and speak to another rep and he completely contradicts the other rep by saying they can update names and that she was lying, but than I go to give him my ID and he says they can but it can’t be the paper version of the ID. What is the point of the DMV issuing it if it’s not good enough, and how am I suppose to get a phone from you if you can’t even fix your own mistake. At this point I’ve been with you guys so long but that type of service just makes me want to leave. Gave me 0 options to fix the problem over the phone or in store, and totally just lied to my face. Don’t want to do their job. Not sure why you guys make such a big deal of someone literally trying to give you money for your service….. What type of business is that.

I had the Very Very Best experience on day Dr. Parma …Nurul was so kind to me from opening the door to finding me a comfortable seat and fixing my phone and John also was super friendly and helpfulA big difference in these guys since last visit when I left crying

Went in for an upgrade and after a short wait period The representative helped me get through it on my phone and had my new phone available right away!
