I recently had an infuriating encounter with a Verizon representative that left me utterly frustrated and disappointed with the company's customer service. The level of incompetency and lack of knowledge displayed during our interaction was absolutely shocking. Furthermore, the representative's communication skills were abysmal. They struggled to articulate their thoughts, often pausing mid-sentence as if searching for the right words. This only added to my frustration and wasted valuable time.After go to different Verizon location in Parma all my issue was resolved.

Do not go to this Verizon, I have been here since 10am(which they’re supposed to open at on Saturday’s) and it is now 11:06 as I write this and they haven’t even unlocked the doors! There has been 2 people in store for 30 minutes just sitting in the back ignoring phone calls and even the doorbell! This is a ridiculous waste of time. They even came out to the floor and still continued to ignore us past 11 o’clock. What type of business is this? Who is the manager and why’re they allowing their employees to open the door whenever they please and ignore customers? Awful experience.

Rodney and Jordan were extremely helpful. It had been a while since I had purchased a new phone, and they were very helpful during every aspect. I would recommend this location and both of these associates.

After what had been a series of extremely unpleasant encounters with Verizon all week, I was expecting to go in and be disappointed once again. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and enthusiasm of the employee Jordan who was helping my mom and I. He was very kind and helpful, and made sure that my issue was taken care of properly. You can also tell he really likes his job which made the experience more enjoyable. Thank you to Jordan for finally giving me a pleasant experience☺️

Theresa is a very helpful and pleasant lady, but Verizon doesn't have the software to transfer most things from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. I walked around for over a week with my new iPhone working about as well as an old flip-phone plus an Instamatic--it had erased my music, my notes and books, my mail programs, and many other things. I finally went to QuadStar in Berea where helpful Logan got my new iPhone working. He said that Verizon does not have the capacity to transfer most stuff from my old iPhone to the new iPhone. That said, I think Theresa did the best she could with the tools Verizon provides. This is nothing against her. But I would always go to an Apple store, even if it's a little more expensive, to purchase a new iPhone.

Stopped in and saw TJ today to purchase my new s21 ultra. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful in switching from metro to Verizon and even transferring my data from one phone to another. I would definitely recommend him and the store to all my friends and family. Thanks again TJ
