Stay away from this Walgreens. Everytime I go up to this certain Walgreens it's something. Went up there on Saturday Oct.19th with an appointment scheduled at 2:30 for the flu and COVID vaccination. I got there at 2:30 to be one greeted by a lady at the front door sitting at a table who was pretty rude, stating the pharmacy was closed until 4pm. I told her I had an appointment, she said so what, the pharmacy is closed till 4pm. I got to the pharmacy and sure enough the pharmacy had a sign stating it was closed. They should've placed the sign on the front door, for one, second, they should've let their customers know who made appointments, and three they should have more than 1 pharmacist working. What if someone needed life saving medication? Then what??? This Walgreens is a joke. I will NEVER go to this Walgreens again. I will stick to CVS where I know they care about their customers and treat their customers with world class care and respect. If you want to continue to be treated like crap, continue to shop at this certain Walgreens.

I called to make sure the prescription was ready ahead of the time, when I arrived, I was told that they would start filling the prescription, and it would be a couple of hours. Why, lie and make a customer drive in just to tell them it's not ready?

I wouldn't go anywhere else to fill my prescriptions. Staff is very knowledgeable friendly, accommodating, patient, and understanding. Each and every one of them goes out of the way to make sure you are satisfied by the time you leave ?

I just received the worst over -the-phone service from the Pharmacist, Robin. Her tone of voice was not nice to me at all while I tried to explain my worries for my illness. She made me feel not important. She made me feel like I’m being a pain to her calling for questions and guidance on how to use my medications. She made me feel like my situation was not serious. I’m just very, very upset with this situation, because this could be happening to the elders and not know what to do nor say to get this straight. She needs to be more kind and perform her job with empathy.

The worst service ever. Every single person including myself was waiting a total of 30 minutes at least, even just to pick up a prescription. The staff doesn't know what they're doing. Awful, they should be ashamed.

I have been going here since this location opened so this review is disheartening. I don’t know if it’s just this location that’s run so inefficiently or all of them. First, they kept offering delivery so I thought I would try it. The girl at the pharmacy told me it takes 1-2 days. I got it two and a half weeks later from Arizona. It was a as needed script so I wasn’t too upset. Second, they offered to send out two more scripts and said I would get them in 1-3 days. I told the pharmacist of the last situation and she assured me that those meds were an as needed but these would be sent directly from the store via FedEx. They were sent on March 22 and I have never received these at all! I even waited two and a half weeks thinking they were coming from Arizona. When I inquired about it they told me to cal FedEx. I’ve been ordering different items online for over 20 years and sometimes stuff goes missing. I.e. But Amazon never told me to contact FedEx! Now the third event and last straw: my doctor wrote a script for a generic Chantix along with albuterol. I went to pick those up on April 9 (Saturday)Albuterol was ready but was told that my doctor didn’t write the script correctly and they would call him and straighten it out on Monday. Okay no problem. I never heard anything Monday or Tuesday and called the pharmacy on Wednesday. They said that they haven’t reached the doctor. In two days? It’s a small office and they always answer the phone. The Pharmacy said they would try again today. In the meantime, I happened to look at my BCBS invoice and Walgreens charged my insurance on the 9th for a generic Chantix, a script they haven’t even filled. When I called, the pharmacy denied charging it to my insurance. I said I’m looking at the statement. She then told me,’well it cost you zero dollars!’NOT THE POINT IF I DONT HAVE IT. I had to follow up with my insurance to eradicate the charges for prescriptions I didn’t receive. Necessary for the mailed prescriptions, since I can’t refill if it seems like it was already. It’s just a lot of extra work. If you’re into that, then go to Walgreens. And if you do go to Walgreens check your insurance claims!

Your phone system told me I can pick up my prescription at 11:30 pm. When your pharmacy is not open.
