It’s crazy! The guy was not helpful at all. I asked some questions about printing photos. The answers: “i don’t know. I don’t know. I am going home soon” the girl was also not knowledgeable. They even couldn’t tell us the final price. Oh gosh how is it possible??? I printed 3 pictures. He wouldn’t even go and check the price. They didn’t tell the price and gave 3 dollar discount. It was still 18.96 instead of 16.50 so at the end I still overpaid 2 dollars. But I was already tired to explain something to people who couldn’t care less about their job. And that is not about money but professionalism. Will not go to this shop ever ever again.

Unfortunately every time I order photos through here there is an issue. This most recent time I was contacted to pick up my photos on 3 separate occasions and when I came to pick them up, each time, they were not ready. Finally, they told me they would cancel the order and that I should go somewhere else. I said, okay. Then they continued to contact me to pick up photos multiple times even after they claimed to have canceled. Previous cases were similar situations.

It was 8//22/24 around 2am in the morning came to what supposed to be 24hours Walgreens in Parma on pearl road, it was closed, no reason posted why the store was closed. Called the next day to inquire why, I was placed on hold over three minutes. Called Corporate to check on the store management & store hours false advertisement of store operations. I drove over 45 minutes to Walgreens in Parma, I was pissed. Y’all need to do a better job correctly advertising your store hours across-the-board. Whoever dropped the ball need to be held accountable on this matter.

To me this is one of the best Walgreens in the neighborhood! The staff here is always friendly always available and ever so helpful. The store is always nice and neat. Very clean, everything in its place properly stacked and stocked very nice. This is why I go to this one a lot to do of my postal errands, They have everything i would need to send mail and packages, get over the counter meds. One of few places that still has photo shop where I can get my personal pics put on a canvas, enlarged, make copies. It's great! Everything is always in stocked here! I highly recommend this one!!!

just went the the pharmacy and instead of helping i got nothing but attitude. it was a younger female with dyed hair and she seemed as if she absolutely hated her job and portrayed it on her customers. will never be going back to this location. she sets a TERRIBLE example of the store

Bald lady up front VERY rude & nasty to customers I’ll drive up pearl to the other Walgreens next time. At least I know I’m not the only one!!! Lady behind me in line said she’s always like that to EVERYONE

The shift leader David and the cashier Clarissa are awesome. I had a photo order I was picking up and discovered the photos were not correct and the words were cut off. These were really important photos as they were for my grandmother’s celebration of life. David spent about 30 minutes with me making sure we could redo them and make them perfect. He didn’t know the occasion, he was just being kind and offering excellent customer service. He told me he was going to make sure we got it right and that he would take care of me. It meant so much that he went the extra mile during a difficult time. All of his attention was on me while Clarissa handled everything else with a smile. They really made my day and didn’t make me feel like a burden. Kudos to the team that was working this evening. I appreciate you!
