Hi, I attempted to get a Metro by T-mobile SIM card and they wouldn't let me have one. Even though the Walmart website said they are in stock. The OSL employees were of no help and refused to provide service.

I highly recommend the tech dept in the cell phone department. These guys -Dominic ,Nate,Kira helped me out with my cell. My cell stopped working after I had just paid the service for " Family Mobile" -- which I cant stand!! They helped in setting up my service with a new sim & everything.. These guys are WONDERFUL!! They seem to belong to"ISL". Independent company.

I like this Walmart a lot - they now have more variety and better quality of items to choose from - it's very busy in the afternoons - I try to come in the evening - good prices - good customer service. This is my favorite Walmart in the Cleveland area near my home.

I don't know who needs to hear this but wow, I have never met so many pretentious people in my entire life. The amount of disrespect and condescending behavior towards employees and other staff is just downright disgusting. All the way from the store manager to the little lady in the front (wow she is a nasty, rude old hag). I am completely suprised this store has any employees at all by how they are treated. If I could describe the way this Walmart is ran, I would say nothing less than Nazi Germany. The store is dirty a good majority of the time. Workers are extremely rude (and it is most likely because of how they are treated). What a complete buffoonery of a store. This staff needs a huge come to jesus meeting. Something. Just absolutely depressing. If I could give a negative rating I certainly would.

I am so grateful for the trusting staff at this Walmart. I check out at a self-check kiosk and opted for a $40 cash back. I ended up forgetting to take the money when I left. I knew it was a long shot but the next day I went back to the Walmart and asked if anyone turned in the money. Luckily, I still had my receipt. The manager on duty knew exactly who I was and gave me the money. One of their associates saw the money and turned it into him. It gives me goosebumps to know that OUR Parma Walmart has such an amazing, trusting staff. I am a proud Walmart shopper and am very grateful to that team member that was looking out for me. Thank you!

Not too bad despite third party reps that's stationed depending on the location etc basically operating within the center that apparently will give you a supposed better phone deal/contract with your current carrier/service provider etc if you have their reps do the deal through them from what I was told etc.
