@Brian Keaney - Don’t leave a false review, I kicked you out because you cut the entire line of people and refused to wait 5 minutes in line like everybody else. Don’t disrespect others in public and maybe you won’t be treated like that. When there are others waiting in line before you, you are not entitled to skip the line as if you are the center of planet earth. Grow up you child.

Totally awesome experience with this branch and the pharmacy team for my 2 vaccines. Lee & Erika are excellent as is the rest of the team too who also helped me get my online/app QR code vaccine record set-up. 10/10

Went to the Parma Walmart yesterday and was SHOCKED to find they took away the Handicapped parking to reserve it for Police. Are the police disabled now? I thought they were supposed to be in excellent shape and able to walk for long distances. I guess the truly disabled are of no matter to Walmart or the Police. This is extremely unamerican. This time of year especially is hard for the disabled as regular shoppers won't get out of the way of wheelchairs and displays are in the way-now cops too. Congrats on losing a customer-I hope you lose many. You don't deserve our business.

On October 4th me and my fiancé went in to do a Walmart to Walmart money transfer at the Walmart in Parma, OH. what should have been no longer than a couple of minutes turned into almost 25 minutes of waiting. I get that it was a Friday night BUT the management was so god awful. In fact. There was none. No leader telling other floor employees to get their butts behind the register in customer service to help poor Rhonda. There was about 20 people in line but only one person behind the register? Is that joke? Of course you guys had 1000 people working the self checkout and ones that where sitting outside smoking but I felt so fricken bad for that worker. She kept it together so well and was so apologetic. I truly believe team work makes the dream work and you guys are the complete opposite of that. Rhonda deserves recognition or a damn promotion. You guys are TERRIBLE.

Horrible customer service. The cashier at register 17 yesterday was very rude. She refused to sell me a gift card, stating "these don't work" and then flinging g it aside. I asked if there was another card that I could get, but got an abrupt "no". I asked to speak to a manager, but one never came. I eventually left as I had to go to another store to buy a gift card. I think this Walmart is in for an unpleasant surprise when Meijer opens in Seven Hills.

Had a simple return with my receipt. I was seventh in line! Al should have called for back up but he never ever looked up. He wasted 15 minutes of my day my not thinking or caring. I'd still be in line but Judy came back from break or lunch and jumped right in. Not a good experience.

Horrible and completely unqualified employees that answer questions incorrectly. This shows lack of training and low standards!! I won't recommend this Walmart to anybody!!!

I did not have the terrible experiences that other people are claiming, but maybe if I made some more visits I could possibly see what the others are talking about. This Walmart is in a fairly busy section in Parma. The parking was kind of tight. Store looks bigger on the outside than it is on the inside. Customer service and availability of products was average. To me, this is a typical Walmart.
