Absolutely disgusting place. The staff and property managers were friendly at first but were incredibly quick to nickel and dime you at every turn. The place was constantly filled with mold and damp broken equipment. At least one major bug infestation complex wide (at least my building) that they made me pay for. During my stay there I was a single graduate student that lived relatively plainly. The place was constantly dirty and moldy on the exterior and often lead to internal issues such as water damage and bugs that again they made me pay for. They consistently increased rent well beyond advertising price when I moved in (lived there for 5 years) and continued to fee for everything. For the price they choke out of you I would recommend any other place.
Reply: I lived there for almost 5 years, there were no roaches. There were ants that crept in through the sinks and moldy windows. There was an apartment wide inspection and extermination a few months before I even scheduled my move out. I was nickel and domed for their poor standards. I paid because I don’t have the time or money for a lawyer. Rent is still posted on the website as the price I agreed to when I first moved in. This response was sad and I urge people to think twice before going with Westview.

Worst service I have ever met. I was there for a a room tour before my application. The leasing agent sat behind the computer screen and told me directly go to right to check the model room by myself without looking at my eyes, not mention she didn’t standing up. Everything is so rude. She is treating the future possible resident like this!!! I cannot imagine how she would treat the residents who have signed the lease!!!
Let alone there is stains in the bathtub of the model room.

They didn't even give me a chance living there and my mom had applied with me as my guarantor just to get tuned down. Mind u they told her she had to have income 5 and a half times the rent which I have ask people who already live there and they never said that to them, plus my mom credit score is 820 and income is almost 5 thousand a month wayyy over the limit. So my question to you all what was the real reason we got denied. Me and my mom have never experienced anything like this before and yes I am hurt and angry at the same time. My mom never got denied on anything before as being a co signer. We will be getting answers.

This place very small maintenance is great but whem u move out they charge you for every possible thing and keep ur security deposit . I would not recommend this apt for anyone unless u want to pay 800 for living in a studio baby apt .

Lived here for 5 years and cannot say enough good things about Westview. Great facilities, great price, great location. Landscaped and wooded area is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and accessible. Shout out to Liz and Stacy in the office and to the maintenance dudes Mike and George!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the staff from the maintenance department to the leasing office! I’ve been a resident here for 2 years now and every time I’ve had any issues they were dealt with promptly and with complete satisfaction!

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved living here. They are so attentive to maintenance issues. They have 24/7 maintenance availability. They are very respectful and kind, and the scenery is great. It is a very clean place to live, and I would definitely live here again if I ever moved back to the area.

Carrie, the director of leasing, is one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met.We’ve had a couple of issues recently and she’s helped us solve them all.She has been so kind during our stressful time and helped us to move forward and be able to sign a new lease!I am so incredibly thankful for her.Along with that, the maintenance crew is also amazing. We’ve had a couple issue involving plumbing and they've come out right away and helped us. As well as when our air conditioner broke in the summer and they came and gave us a new one right away!We’ve also locked our self’s out accidentally at 1am and the off property maintenance man came very fast to let us in and was so kind.The leasing office crew is so great at communication and problem solving, I’m so grateful to be able to live here for another year!

Put in an application and was told I need a co-signer and they have to make 5 times the rent. I’ve never heard 5 times now, maybe 3 but 5 ok.

Lived there for 3 years, they worked with me fast to live there when I was looking for a place. Maintenance was fast when I requested it. The office ladies were wonderful and amazing and helpful with anything I asked or needed help. Highly recommend this place. Would live here again. Lived in the first floor which made it easy access to laundry and neighbors was quite peaceful. Overall had a relaxing and wonderful experience so rating it 5. Wish everyone at the office the best.

Ive been here a couple of years and had no issues. The staff is great and respectful to others. Also, the metro park is awesome to walk around and enjoy a peace of mind too.
